Great place to stay with a responsive host. The house has a few restaurants and a couple small bars for entertainment. Place was peaceful and felt safe. Short cab ride to walking street. Would recommend to anyone.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

It was my first Airbnb stay and I was not disappointed. The villa is very large and has a great location. Particularly noteworthy is the big Swimmingpool and the beautiful furnishings. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very nice and friendly and accommodating. All in all, I would book the villa again. Many thanks for the wonderful time.

This is second time to rent a villa in the same estate but different Villa. Overall we are happy in the stay of 5 days in this villa. All buddies feel so good. Villa is clean. Bedding is clean. Wooden furniture and Sofa has to be kept maintenance as a bit obsolete. Villa Manager Mew keep contacting me about the villa status. Their staff take rapid action like pool cleaning, tissue refilling, hair dyer changing. We rent car and drive everywhere so it is easy for us. To my view, call grab and go Pattaya Beach walking street or Mermaid Resturant only 20-30 minutes. Convenient indeed. There is a small market food court nearby. A nice French Resturant just right next to the main entrance. Just turn right and u can see it within 10 second. We love it. There is a resturant called Hill Top right before leave the main entrance. Chinese Cusine provide only. May go to top floor have a quick sight seeing the whole Pattaya. Health Land Massage shop only take 10 mins. Easy approa

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.

Felt like a 5 star stay. There were 8 + 1 room. In 8 rooms two were huge and looked/delt better than a 5 star hotel. The other 6 were smaller and not every room has a private bathroom. But we were aware of this while booking too. Pools were smaller but very clean. Location is in the Center of Pattaya and closer to all the tourist attractions. Overall an amazing stay. Will definitely comeback.

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was fresh and clean. We were seven people and everyone enjoyed their stay. Location was good. Walking distance to the pier and market but we got to enjoy motorbikes arranged by the host which made everything even easier to explore the island. Thanks for the nice welcome and we will be back again.

Nice large villa in a decent location - it's hard to find any truly walkable to walking street. Everything is pretty spelled out in advance. The cash deposit and threats of fines and charging for electricity certainly made me uneasy and almost unwilling to take the risk, but I imagine crazy parties and damages are likely common in Pattaya and they also rent outside Airbnb so I somewhat understand. The electricity is the only part I find distasteful but to some degree I get it though expect to pay €200 a week extra for moderate use which seems excessive. All in all - still a great stay and they weren't overbearing or excessive with any fees and treated me fairly. Would stay again.

Leo's place is just awesome just like pictures even more beautiful villa. He's so supportive and responsive. Rooms & toilets are very much clean as shown in the pictures. Overall very good stay and I will come again.

Very good location with a very nice host

Very beautiful villa, great for large groups, located in a residential area, a bit far from the city center and Terminal 21.But there is a 711 within walking distance, we are easy to get around by car every day, and grab takeaway can also find a place accurately.The host is easy to communicate with, and the pool is clean

This is our 3rd time in this house and everything was great. It is easy to contact the host, the house is huge and has a lot of activities to do. Recommended

Very nice villa situated in the View Talay complex, which is secure access so it feels safe to be the staying there. Polly was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, attending to any queries that we had. The villa itself is very private and spacious with a lovely pool that I spent loads of time in. The beds are big and very comfortable, which is a big plus for me. Jomtien Beach is only a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on the way. I highly recommend a stay here 😊

The pool is fantastic — clean, private, and perfect for relaxing any time of day. I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it just as much the second time as I did the first. I am a travel consultant, that has stayed at this location before. When it was operated by a different owner. I must tell you that the improvement that Chai has done makes this booking a step above it's competitors in the same area. From the amenities to the remodeling of the pool area, the main table and the business working space. I really appreciate the multiple fans next to the pool. Last but not least, meeting Chai's son Tong at our check-in was a true pleasure. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next booking with Chai.
