Great place with great location! Clean & comfortable.

Overall it was a very nice villa, the only thing that bothered us all. We were nine people and the beds were very, very hard! Otherwise everything was right, which was also on the photos, which is a bit difficult for Europeans, everything is set in Chinese.

I had a good rest on my trip. I'll make a reservation if I can go next time.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

German was a very response and helpful host had all my requests addressed and in a timely fashion, I’ve stayed in the base many a times with different hosts but Germans going to be my go to going forward… a very dependable and accommodating host…

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Spacious and cozy 1 bed room condominium. Interior design is cool and full of high quality furnitures. Comfy bed and sofa. I’ve stayed the place Workation. the wifi is stable and fast. The dining table can be used as work desk. If you need some refresher, cafe is available on the lobby floor. I would like to come back again when I do Workation in Pattaya again!

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Nice condo, lots of restaurants in walking distance, 15 minute taxi from main part of Pattaya if you want to go but It was nice to be away from busy centre, pool facilities were lovely, steps down onto the beach, great for a romantic get away

We had a very nice time there. The staff were friendly, the hosts were responsive, and we had cleaning services every day, which was so nice. The space was spacious, and we had everything we needed. The pool was deep and clean. It was a very positive experience overall.

This apartment offered a luxurious experience with its high-quality furnishings. The building's four swimming pools provided ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Waking up to the stunning sea view each morning was a true highlight. The overall atmosphere was one of comfort and tranquility. This is a place I could return in low season to without hesitation.
