The place was very cozy and clean. The host was always available and very friendly. The village is currently perfect for people who do not want to go to tourist hotspots and are looking for something quieter. It was also great that there were no mosquitoes!

what a stunning place! we arrived with our two daughters (10&12) and had a great time from start to finish. The apartment worked perfectly for us and was super clean, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is fantastic with a nice shallow sea. Parking isn't available at the property however you'll find free parking just a 10 minute walk away. Going to miss sitting on the terrace having a coffee in the morning with such a stunning view! Hope to be back one day, thanks again Donatella!

The house is very nice and welcoming, as you can see from the photographs. Located in the center of Piombino and a few minutes by car from wonderful beaches. The managers are friendly and helpful. The house is highly recommended!

The stay with Carla was very nice , we were welcomed by her mother at check-in. She only spoke Italian, but we somehow understood everything. The communication with Carla was always perfect. Quick and accurate responses . The room with the two single beds is quite small, looks bigger in the picture. We still had a nice time and would definitely recommend the place.

The house is in a great location, two minutes from the beach and the entrance to the health path, a beautiful path in the Mediterranean scrub. Silvia was super kind and helpful. The house is cozy and spacious.

Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic time on Elba. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. You can reach the beach in just one minute via a staircase. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The cottage has an awning, ideal for creating shade. Communication with Paola is great: she responds quickly and is very friendly. Recommended; go out for dinner in Capoliveri or Porto Azzurro. Both places are within 15 minutes by car.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Sandra was very kind and extremely helpful. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything, very well arranged, carefully furnished and optimally air-conditioned. The apartment is very close to both the center and the sea. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days in Piombino and the surrounding areas.

I was with friends at this apartment literally a stone's throw from the sea. The village, despite being small, has all the amenities (convenience stores, restaurants, bars...). The house is completely renovated and above all clean. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.
