The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: In addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

If you want to stay in a quiet and typical place of an Elban city, go to Francesco! Once found, the car park near the tennis courts allows you to park your car for free near the apartment. As it says, the square is 100 steps away and you will find a nice bakery/grocery store for breakfasts, a bar for evening cocktails and 3 restaurants. In addition, Rio Marina and the sea are only a few minutes away. In short, we had a great stay in this place, clean and well decorated.

In Tanya's Airbnb, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is simply perfect for those who – like us – are on holiday with their dog. The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and the sea - a true paradise for us. Since it is an agriturismo, we particularly appreciated the opportunity to buy fresh eggs and vegetables. A straight A with an asterisk – we will definitely be back

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

It was a wonderful stay in Poggio at Babara's. Babara is super nice, warm and always available. The check-in and check-out were very flexible and totally pleasant for us. The apartment is very nice! Everything you need in the kitchen is there, the bathroom is new and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace on the square is wonderful. The view is great and in the evening it has a great atmosphere. Bus stop just a few minutes away. Therefore, you are very flexible and well connected. The village is very beautiful and the restaurants very tasty. Babara made us feel very comfortable, thank you for that :) You dear Babara, all the best and hopefully see you soon.

Danilo is a very welcoming host who gives a lot of useful advice. The house is very clean and large. The terrace is beautiful and very well maintained. The bikes available are a plus. By bike the beach is 5 minutes away. There is a very good restaurant a 3-minute walk away. We had a lovely stay. Marino di campo is a good base for the south and east of the island.

The accommodation is almost directly on the water and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The old town is just a few meters away. We felt very comfortable and can only highly recommend this accommodation.

We were personally welcomed by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial view of the sea. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were already able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town as well as the very beautiful pebble beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. A beautiful house with stunning views of the bay and sea. Although we didn’t get to meet Kathrin, her sister Heike was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

If we could have given it six stars, we would have done it. The place is perfect! Very clean, all the necessary equipment is there (even ice cubes!) It is also very well located with lots of small shops and good restaurants right next door. The bus stop to reach the beautiful Biodola beach is less than a minute's walk away, it's very convenient!

We had a great time staying at Alice’s place! She was quick to respond, helpful and the place has a great location close to the old city and the ferry.

Paola's accommodation was really nice, very large, spacious and bright. The kitchen is large and there is everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bathroom is also equipped with all comforts, including a washing machine, hair dryer and detergents. Also, the room from the bed is very large and the bed is really very comfortable. I have absolutely nothing to complain about this place and will definitely be back in my next stays. I personally met the owners and they were really very kind, polite and also nice;) the accommodation includes a convenient internal parking lot, really useful. Really nothing to say, 100% recommended! We will definitely return here on our next trip to Elba ☀️

Our stay in Marcella's home was even better then we expected it to be! Our first time to Elba and Capoliveri was made all the easier in having such a comfortable, clean and relaxing place to stay only a couple minutes walk from the absolutely charming downtown with all of its shops and resteraunts and a short drive from some beautiful beaches. the view from the balcony is really breathtaking and every evening we enjoyed a glass of wine as the setting sun cast beautiful colour's onto the mountains and sea. this place truly feels like what Airbnb was like many many years ago when I first started using it, you really feel like you are in someone's home that they love rather then some cheaply cobbled together place. truly a great stay all around!

La Casa di Galileo is a gem in the historic center of Capoliveri, an enchanting village. The location of the house offers a glimpse between hills and sea with fiery sunsets and being secluded offers moments of absolute tranquility. It is tastefully furnished and with a special touch of originality, it also provides all the comforts for a peaceful vacation. Ingenious use of the tablet that reports information every day to experience the house and the island carefree. Christian is a kind and welcoming person, always present to resolve any issues and to give suggestions that make the vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We had a nice stay on Elba. The apartment was as described. Very clean. Within 10 minutes you are in the town or by the beach. Very well located, quiet neighbourhood. We hope to visit again!
