Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Labinci

We stayed at Antonio's place for a week. The place was extremely clean and looked even better than in the photos :) we were warmly welcomed. The location is great, we were a lot with waterfalls etc. inland, but also often on the beach. Everything is easily accessible by car. There are also restaurants and shops in the area. The accommodation is quiet and you have privacy. We had a relaxed breakfast on the terrace every morning and also saw a few animals such as rabbits in the field. The holiday was accordingly super relaxed! We have already recommended the place to our friends.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Excellent place and excellent people! The owners were really nice and friendly. I really appreciated their flexibility for the check in and their help in showing us where to find markets, services and what to see nearby. The place is perfect for a family as it has a very large garden where children can play in a very safe environment. The apartment is well furnished and extremely clean and it is just next to a restaurant. It has a free and private parking lot. It is very close to Umag and others Istria cities are easily reachable! Very good price and an excellent quality! I strongly recommend this place as it was simply perfect.

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

The house is amazing, the pool is great, especially with the indoor Jacuzzi, the kitchen is bright and beautiful, and very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature. In walking distance, you find a local restaurant in a lovely 200 year old town - the smallest city in the world. Bring your supermarket purchase ride with you, then you can enjoy interrupted vacations. The host family is great, always helpful, always there if you need them for good advice. we felt very well treated and welcome. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely come back in the future. We had a nice stay at this cozy house. The Location is really beautiful an private. The house has everything you need. We would totally recommend!

The accomodation was great! The Airbnb is the most equipped Airbnb we've ever been to. So much detail everywhere! Very clean kitchen. Highly respectful landlords living in the back part of the property. Cozy garden with many seatings and a beautiful pool. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Marija is a very nice host. They will explain everything and check you in personally. It was great. To the beaches by car 5min - the beaches further from the city were private, not crowded. To the center of Porec by car 5min. The location is really peaceful. The only thing I would love if everyone had a little oil, sugar, spices - only salt and pepper are available in the kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen is superbly furnished. The place matches the photos. For me a real touch of Croatia. We had a great time and recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Piran after a few days in Central Slovenia - apartment was perfect for our group of two couples with room to spare. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Would certainly recommend. Sweet seaside town.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

We spent 8 nights in the modern and clean accommodation. From the friendly welcome by Sandro, we felt very comfortable. Sandro and Kristina were on site several times a day and regularly inquired or if you had questions you could speak to them personally. They were very courteous and committed to making the guests feel comfortable. There is a lockable room to store bicycles. The homemade cake and Kristina's restaurant tips were great. The beach is very diverse: stone slabs, sandy beach, meadow. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the time there.

Zenija was a really great host. She responds to messages super quickly and takes great care. Villa Paolo we were in was super nice and has enough space for 8 people. The equipment of the individual rooms was good and thoughtful. Only the kitchen was a little lean, but even there Zenija provided us with more utensils, great service on a Sunday.

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside - a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would especially like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

A fantastic stay! What a luxury! Mikela is always there for you! Lovely swimming pool too, still a little cold but with a little practice it gets easier and easier😉. (early May) Lovely quiet area where you can really unwind and lots of comfort of the house and all spaces! In addition, all nice outings can be reached within half an hour - 3/4 hours. Certainly for repetition!

Ivan is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is just like in pictures, very nice, the place is peaceful and private. Ideal for families with kids, they also have children playground and pool, and a lot outdoor space for little explorers. We have had a wonderful time at Ivans place, would recommend it.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastically beautiful accommodation in Labin. We traveled with five adults, two toddlers and a baby - and we didn't miss anything at all! The accommodation is exactly as described in the ad and shown in the pictures - maybe even more beautiful. The pool was a real highlight, especially with the fantastic view that we could enjoy every day. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything was very clean, well-maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which made our vacation even more varied. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you for this wonderful time!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
