Holiday rentals with beach access in Laajasalo

A fantastic apartment that matched the listing perfectly. The views were excellent. The host responded quickly and professionally. Everything was very clean and well-maintained.

Very convenient location and well-equipped beautiful apartment. Eija was very kind and helpful. Only thing that surprised me which I was not informed there was construction going on in the courtyard and the wall facing the courtyard. The courtyard was a bit dusty, so I hesitated to open the window. Other than that, it was perfect. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you.

Joel and Sonja were excellent hosts and their gorgeous, modern and well-equipped apartment was just impeccable with a beautiful view over the Baltic sea, just as advertised on the listing. The neighbourhood is in a calm, chic area of Helsinki, with plenty of water front cafés and restaurants easily accessible on foot, all while being only 15 minutes from the center of the city. Joel and Sonja were both very accommodating and reactive regarding my requests and made me feel right at home in their city. 10/10, highly recommend to anyone thinking of traveling to Helsinki!

The Communication with the hosts was good. The area is perfect for walking to city Center. It was really silent, the only thing I could hear was the tram. Thanks again for mentioning that the blanket is in the cupboard - I definitely needed it (being Italian I’m still not used to those temperatures in summer 😅). I had some trouble with the key the first day, but once I understood on how it works, I was able to open it right away. The only thing I was missing was a wooden spoon for cooking.

We had a wonderful stay at Tuukka's place for a week. Everything was as described and very clean. Just loving the proximity to the seashore and paths especially because the weather was warm and sunny most of the time, we lucked out. I recommend this apartment.

I enjoyed my 6 night stay here and loved the location of the apartment. It was mostly organized and clean, but the apartment definitely feels lived in. The printed house manual is very outdated and it didn't seem to have many extra towels, linens, etc. In reading the listing description, I had also expected a different kind of communication. I booked the apartment 4 months in advance and never heard from the hosts - just their co-host that was super responsive. I also couldn't find the dryer so I didn't end up doing laundry. Overall, I would recommend.

This is an excellent, well-provisioned flat for a couple, in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. There are restaurants and a new craft brewery within a few minutes walking distance. A city bike dock is nearby and this is a fun island to ride around. You can get to the city center quickly by bike, entirely on well protected bike paths. You are surrounded by marinas and it is fun to watch the boats go by, and the swans. The sauna is easy to operate and heats up quickly. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Ella and Teo are very responsive and thoughtful hosts.

Very nice house close to the city but far enough away from the city bustle. Everything as described. Also clearly described and visible that you had to pay attention to your head or feet due to thresholds or lower hanging ceilings. The spiral staircase takes some getting used to, but if you just go up and down it normally and calmly, there is nothing wrong with it. The bus stop next to the house was perfect for going to the center. In short, a top location that felt like home.

The cottage was cozy, in good condition and tidy, it was a really good place to spend the evening. The sauna got a good steam.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Dyyni. The house served our needs perfectly and the surroundings were stunning! The host was very responsive, always willing to help and the communication was easy and effortless! Hihgly recommend :)

We stayed at Matti’s house with our two children and two grandparents, and had a fantastic time. Matti is very friendly and helpful, and responds quickly. The house was both beautiful and practical - the glassed terraces on both floors are very cozy when it rains, and when it was sunny we thoroughly enjoyed the garden and balcony. Our kids especially loved the play house outside, and the rings and swing downstairs. The area is peaceful and right by the water, while only being a couple minutes by car from a large shopping center and 24h supermarket. Korkeasaari zoo and several beaches are also within just a short ride. Highly recommended, would happily stay here again!

I had a great time at the apartment. It is well decorated and very comfortable. Nina was very responsive and friendly by message, and gave me a lot of tips to enjoy the city. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! We were 2 friends so there was a big bed and a smaller bed which worked well. The kitchen and living area had everything needed. A lovely touch to have coffee provided. All the decor was wonderful ! Bathroom had things to use too. It was really comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we love walking and running. It was super close to the tram for those who aren’t walkers. There was a 24hr store really close by for getting other essentials or if you wanted to cook. The host was so great at communicating and giving ideas on what to do and where to eat. We have loved Helsinki and the whole area !

This was a charming apartment in a beautiful location. It was a peaceful oasis where we enjoyed all that Helsinki has to offer. Close to tram stops and easily walkable, it was a lovely quiet neighborhood. Teukka was a delightful who gave us excellent local recommendations! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

We liked everything. The apartment is in a good area, corresponds to the description. Maria is very friendly, always in touch and she helps with all the issues. We will definitely come back again.

The apartment was in a new apartment building very close to Iso Omena. The apartment was easy to find and the apartment was clean and spacious for three people.

The apartment is really nice, clean, in a very fascinating building and in a nice location, close to shops and not far way from the railway station. The host has been helpful. I would definitely come back!

Noora's responsiveness to emergent queries was commendable. Also great views towards Helsinki & the sea from large balcony windows.

Where do I start with this one? Amazing location, within 10 minutes from the center or the port. Easy to find, spacious, modern and squeaky clean apartment. And the host, Matias, was ready to offer help at any given time. This was an amazing experience, 10/10. Ihana.
