Serviced apartment holiday rentals in La Veleta

El lugar es fiel a la descripción. Cuenta con una muy buena ubicación la cual te permite ir a la plaza comercial, restaurantes y la playa caminando a 5 minutos, así como al Central Park de Puerto Aventuras. El lugar es cómodo y de fácil acceso, el edificio cuenta con elevador. Seguramente regresaremos!!

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

Todo super limpio y agradable.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

This apartment is in an ideal location!! Truly a 4-5 minute stroll to reach 5th Ave and only a few more to reach the beach. Grocery stores only a 2-3 minute walk the opposite direction. The apartment building has a representative at the front desk 24 hours to offer assistance and Pablo was extremely quick to respond when ever we had a question. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay (we were there 5 weeks).

My stay at Abraham‘s place was great! The location couldn’t be any better, so close to the beach, all the exciting things to do on fifth Avenue, three grocery stores, one that’s very close and extremely nice. Abraham was so nice working with me when I first arrived. I had problem with my cell phone data and calling, to let him know I was on my way down to Playa, from Cancun and he couldn’t have been more patient, and helpful! The apartment is very cozy has a lovely terrace, overlooking fifth Avenue. It was perfect for all my needs… Would be great for a couple, or close friends, again I couldn’t of asked for a better place for my needs. And the rates are so reasonable/affordable! Hoping to return next year! Had a great time, thank you Abraham and your family, you all made me feel right at home!

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

Had a great stay with my family. Would absolutely come back and stay. Loved the scooter rentals right at the property, which made getting around a breeze.

Buen lugar, acceso indenpendiente, cerca de la entrada, no hay muchos restaurantes cerca, necesitas si o si coche o moto para poder salir y entrar del lugar igual muy bonito nos gustó

We loved our stay here. The apt was fabulous, spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly need. It's spacious, lovely decor, spotlessly clean, and very well placed, set back from the main road, with various restaurants a walkable distance away.... oh and the beds are very comfortable! Ernesto is a great host, and we will definitely book his apt if in the area again.

Наша любимая часть отпуска прошла здесь - мы провели 3-4 незабываемых дня здесь. Район отличный - можно пешком дойти до 20 ресторанов, в 2х шагах напротив есть круглосуточный 7 eleven со всем необходимым. Рядом есть пункт проката велосипедов/квадрациклов. На велосипедах мы доезжали до руин Тулума, есть велодорожка до них, также на велосипедах мы доезжали до пляжа, велодорожки нет, но трафик был спокойный. На пляжи, вокзал и синоты мы ездили на такси используя индрайв, так было дешевле. Также из Тулума добирались до Чиченицы на автобусе. Комплекс очень клевый - несколько бассейнов, очень тихо, номера хорошо изолированы друг от друга, другие постояльцы никак не мешали нашему отдыху. Самы апартаменты кристально чистые и хорошо оборудованные. Приватное джакузи скрасило наши вечера. Эдгар был очень любезен и открыт. Помогал по всем вопросам, давал полезные и четкие рекомендации, оперативно отвечал. Его участие также помогло нам полностью насладится нашим пребыванием там

Un excelente lugar para pasar unos días agradables y relajantes; la ubicación es buena tienes acceso a diversos sitios de acuerdo a los planes que tengas en mente. El anfitrión tiene muy buena actitud, está al pendiente, lo cual hace de la estancia sentirte como en casa.

Apartment is great. Especially how clean everything. For me is really important. In apartment we had everything for a comfortable stay. Saiid is very friendly and responded quickly to all questions. We have a construction in a next building but it’s everywhere in Tulum now.

Geweldig verblijf gehad! Super mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Netflix, restaurants in de buurt en een groot bed. Aanrader!

Daniel war super lieb und nett, proaktiv und immer erreichbar! Haben um Verlängerung angefragt für ein paar Tage, hat ebenso sehr unkompliziert und schnell geklappt. Extrem guter Gastgeber! :) Würden immer wieder bei ihm in Tulum buchen. Die Lage ist super! Zum Strand sind es 5 km.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement était placé à La Veleta proche de beaucoup de restaurants cafés et autres. Nous avions loué des vélos ( dans la rue en question ) afin de nous déplacer dans Tulum. Le logement était top propre, il y avait du personnel qui venait chaque matin pour nettoyer la piscine. Nous n’avons pas croiser énormément de « locataires » ce fut vraiment un logement parfait pour nos vacances calme avec une décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût.

El alojamiento cuenta con todas las amenidades para pasar una estancia increíble, las camas son súper cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar (microondas, horno, freidora de aire, licuadora, etc) en verdad me sentí como en mi hogar, la ubicación no es impedimento para disfrutar de todos los atractivos de Tulum, es cierto que está un poco retirado del centro pero si tienes auto el lugar es ideal para descansar. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados, si tenemos oportunidad nos volveríamos a hospedar en este lugar.

I loved my time here at homa!! So much I extended for another 3 months because it’s the only place I found tucked in the jungle with scooter rentals right outside my doorstep. Which made getting to town a breeze and then having my peaceful alone time exactly what I wanted. Homa is quiet, the team is responsive and always eager to help. They gave me a free cleaning! And facilitated any needs - gave me Tupperware to store my food, serviced my fridge, and brought water up to my room!! You’ll love it here 💕

La habitación está muy bien amueblada, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y el espacio para dejar auto es amplio. Muy atentos en el servicio de llegada y partida.

Este alojamiento es excelente si lo que quieres es ir a Zamna, está literal caminando a menos de 15 minutos. El Anfitrión es muy amable, nos ayudó con recomendaciones y siempre contestó de inmediato. El depa muy limpio también. No está lejos del centro pero sí es complicado el transporte, las camionetas que te llevan tardan mucho y en la parada cercana pasan llenísimas. Aunque si llevas auto todo bien.

El departamento me pareció cómodo, con buenas instalaciones (cocina, baño, recámara y balcón) y lo suficientemente amplio. La ubicación es muy buena, el edificio está a unos metros de Av. Cobá que es la vialidad que baja al Parque Jaguar (el acceso está a 2.5km desde el edificio), cruzando la calle está Chedraui lo cuál es práctico para el tema de la estancia, además de haber restaurantes en las cercanías.
