Holiday rentals with an EV charger in La Veleta

A wonderful place to stay. BTHomes was highly accommodating when I needed to stay longer. Front desk personnel were also superb.

Apartment is in a well constructed complex with great pool, gym, safe and ample parking (including covered bicycle spots). The place is large and very clean. Host is very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend. Note that construction did start right next to condo so there was that noise half way thru my stay (unfortunately unavoidable any where in Tulum right now) so would recommend checking on the status of that if it’s important to you.

Regarding the accommodation everything was great, the host was always attentive. The only detail was when washing the bikes with Benjamin, who is the person they recommend, I take some old bikes and that from the first day they presented details. When he told this person about the details of his bikes he told me that he spent the night changing them, which did not happen, the days passed until the day I left and never went through them, if I refund the money but after I left the accommodation, honestly I did not think it was doing it, I think he did it because I told the host and he put pressure on him, so the bikes or scooters I do not recommend them with such Benjamin (Argentino)

I highly recommend this space. The location is surrounded by beautiful jungle with ever present security. My family mostly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool and whirlpool. The condo was clean, quiet and nicely appointed. Good value overall.

wonderful stay, amazing place, clean and modern. The service was excellent and the place was great for a great vacation. The only detail, which I clarify, has nothing to do with the accommodation is that access to the residential complex, all streets , except for one (Avenida Kukulkán) , are on the way to being paved, so the arrival by car is extremely complicated because that one carries from holes and potholes . There must be caution only in that. Everything else was excellent, I would recommend it 100%.

Central Park is one of the best condos in Tulum for an international crowd. The spa and 3 story gym is a huge plus. The studio is private and quiet and perfect for someone who is looking for a social atmosphere and simple accommodations. The host is extremely responsive. I had a couple of issues on my stay and had to cut my stay short. I was impressed with the communication, follow up and love given. I’m grateful.

Communication was nice, Location was nice, Super clean and new, Price was good, People were very friendly, Supermarket across the street. The only thing that was not so cool is that in the Building Torre Fuego where I was, my flat was facing the backside of the supermarket which is the delivery of the supermarket. It was very loud early morning until late evening, because they don’t stop the engines of the trucks. So I could t use the balcony in peace, like reading a book in the morning, I couldn’t open the doors because it was just too loud. Maybe if my flat faced the other side or another building would be better. But all in all, price and location was so good, I would come again!

Vero gave us all information in time and form and addy was always attentive to my family because I needed any situation. Areas and rooms with everything you need; an Oxxo super close by for any situation that came to be presented. And a place that feels very safe.

Mark was a wonderful host. His place was located close to everything we needed. Having bikes to use was a real plus going to the beach. He helped us with food recommendations and getting a taxi to the bus station.

Excellent place to spend time with family, my stay was very pleasant. I recommend it.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Highly Recommended this condo!! Definitely will come back again! I felt extremely safe with lots of security checkpoints and community was amazing!!!

Amazing house!!! Exactly what we were looking for!!! Just 10 minutes walking distance from the ocean!!! We came with two couples and the house gave us all the amenities necessary to enjoy or stay. The decoration is very tulum style and the huge garden gives this jungle feel or being in a full home. This is ideal for 3 couples or to come with your family. The marina, 3 beaches, kayak tours at the canal and lovely boating experiences are inside this extremely safe complex called Puerto Aventuras, located between Playa del carmen and Tulúm. If you want to be safe and having a house just walking. Distance from the beach, this is the right place to be!!! Malosa homes have amazing properties ans you can also contact them and see all pics and reviews at their site or IG for info!!! We love full homes and the owners will make next month a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, so we can’t wait to come back next Holliday!!! Also a plus is that we could rent a boat to go to the islands, cause Puerto Aveturas has the only Mariana of this area, cause Tulúm or playa del carmen haven’t got one, so it was super convenient to stay here and being able to walk to marina and to restaurants and shops near by without using a car, cause everyone here uses a bike or a gold car. So book this awesome home!!! We had papaya and bananas for breakfast from the garden ... and we hired a cook and a housekeeper so the stay was lovely, a real Mexican Holliday!!! Fantástico !!!!

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

We enjoyed the stay from the very first moment. The apartment, it´s kitchen, bathroom all is brand new. At the same time it feels modern and cozy. The balcony is great and we loved how quiet and peaceful the entire area is. The communication was working very well also. We´d be happy to come back to Puerto Aventuras and for sure would select this place again!

The stay in Maddie's apartment was relaxing, the decor very stylish, from the balcony you had a beautiful view of palm trees and pools. The sound of the birds was amazing. Maddie responded immediately to questions and her tips were also very valuable. We enjoyed it very much

We had a lovely time at David's place. The pool and building amenities are really impressive and the flat itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A minor issue was rectified immediately and communication was very smooth throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We thought it was incredible, the amenities and entertainment of the complex were very good, including bikes and the jacuzzi on the charming balcony. At first we were worried that there would be noise, but no, it was very quiet, everything was very clean and beautiful, it has a lovely view, from the pool to the jungle and the sunset, the location is very good, in a very new area of Tulum. Paola is attentive to our needs.

Great place and a very nice and super responsive host! Angelo went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, provided helpful recommendations and was very flexible and understanding. Definitely focused on making me feel good at where I was staying. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with some nice amenities in the building. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay. The view from the window looks out on to tree tops and faces the back wall of the complex —which gives a feel of extra private space. I saw so many beautiful birds! I could have staid longer and will certainly return. Thank you.
