Des hôtes très réactifs et amicaux par messages. Le logement est très bien positionné pour aller et venir entre Moanco et Nice. Tout était nickel !!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a wonderful stay with Pascal! His home is absolutely lovely, and we wish we were there longer. A very helpful host! Would come back again

A really lovely stay. The host(s) were incredibly kind leaving a bottle of wine and delivering some fruit, as well as picking us up and dropping us off at the station. The apartment itself is clean and contains everything you will need including A/C. The terrace is beautiful and a real highlight, capturing the afternoon sun. The apartment is inland so accessing can be tough at times with steep climbs, but the host showed us the most direct routes and realistically only takes 10 minutes to get down and maybe 15 to get up - so not too bad 10/10 stay :)

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

Kommunikation mit Carlos was super. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Monaco. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Autofahrstuhl zur Tiefgarage ist ein Abenteuer. Danke für unvergessliche Tage Carlos

The apartment was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. It was modern and the bed was very comfortable. Great location and great views. The apartment is just steps from lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk and just a short journey to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes. We had a lovely relaxing stay and we would certainly stay here again

Sandrine’s place was great, and she was a wonderful host. The location was perfect with beautiful views. The place was very clean and comfortable. She also helped us make reservations at some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay for our active family of 4 at Christine’s place! The views cannot be beat and we played cards on the patio every night before and after dinner in town. We loved the scenery and while there are a lot of stairs it kept us active. We usually took the stairs to into town and would uber home after dinner. Villa franche su mer is an amazing stop with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach, Old Town Nice, Eze and even Monaco. Highly recommend Christine’s apartment as home base with your adventures in South of France!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die moderne Ausstattung hat uns sofort begeistert – alles ist nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Tal, auf Nizza und das Meer. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen oder morgens ein gemütliches Frühstück zu genießen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und herzlich. Sie haben uns sogar frische Eier von ihren eigenen Hühnern geschenkt, was eine liebevolle Geste war, die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Zusätzlich hat Isabelle eine informative Mappe mit Hinweisen vorbereitet, die uns wertvolle Tipps zur Nutzung der Tram und zu leckeren Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben hat. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Es war ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. À bientôt, Frank und Emilia

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and the most amazing view from its terrace. One thing to mention though is that the second bedroom is quite small. Certainly big enough for two children but a “tight fit” for two adults. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the port with the tram to both the centre of the city and the airport starting and ending there. Vassil is a great host. He answered any questions that we had within minutes and provided some great recommendations of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer – einfach herrlich, um den Tag zu beginnen oder abends zu entspannen. Das Haus war hervorragend ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen und Bügeltisch – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, gut organisiert und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

I had a wonderful stay at this studio in Nice! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating—always quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. The studio itself was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location was perfect—close to a great bakery, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice!

Conor's home is in a beautiful location..close to beach and resturants and shops. house is spacious, clean and with strong ACs (a must have in summer in the region) Conor responds quickly to questions and offers many useful suggestions. if in Villefranche, book Conor's place

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

my review: It was simply a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were fully equipped and very clean. We received clear instructions and throughout the entire process, the communication was kind and detailed, with helpful recommendations. After we got off the bus and started walking toward the property, they came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. They were always smiling and helpful—it was a great experience for us. We saw suprise gift on the fridge: prosecco, cola, and Fanta. The view was amazing, and it was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to nature. Thank you very much for the opportunity! my partner: I can’t say any negative thing of this apartment, it was perfect for me. The furnishings of the apartment are wonderful, the view was perfect and the communication and kindness of the owners is outstanding. I really appreciate the care and the sophistication. I was a great time full of happiness for me.

The apartment was exact the same as in the description. Clean room, a big bed-sofa, kitchen with all you can need to prepare your dinner and a lovely Nespresso machine. The bathroom was also big enough and clean. There is enough place for your clothes. Much important to mention is that the place is very quiet. Highlight was the awesome terrasse! You can chill there, drink your coffee ore wine and enjoy the great wether eating there. It makes also the whole place much bigger. The location is just perfekt! Only 5 min to the main street - plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping malls and 2 min next to a grocery store , which was really convenient. Close to the apartment is the central station where you can take the train and visit some other places in the region. You can walk just 10 to 15 min and reach the old city of Nice. Didier is a really nice host - a good , accurate and helpfull communication. I can only recommend the apartment!
