Holiday rentals with a patio in La Talanguera

Stella Mar is a great value. We stayed in the upstairs apartment. It was spacious and very convenient. The location is also excellent close to restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We would stay here again.

We were very comfortable, we felt at home in the apartment and its common areas were very nice and had all the amenities, check-in was super easy since before arriving they gave you all the instructions accurately, everything was super clean and impeccable, I would definitely recommend it 100%

The place was great!!

Martin is a superb host. Very responsive, nice, and accommodating of any need - such a nice person that makes you feel like your stay is the most important thing. The place is amazing. It's small and cozy, with good airflow and AC at hot times. There is a great garden with a big tree for shade, comfortable beach chairs, a hammock, and a shower. The water is 20 meters from the door, and it's a short 15-minute walk to Bigginers Bay and Santana and 2-5 minutes from several restaurants and a grocery shop. We came by car with a toddler and enjoyed the time. It is great for surfers who want to surf the area, beginners who want to learn in the beginners' bay, and people who want to stay in front of the water in a relaxing place.

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

It was a wonderful family retreat. Ate on the outside veranda for each meal with a view of the ocean and the sound of breaking waves at night. We met the people who watched turtle preserve and were privileged to see 60 turtle eggs hatch and watched the baby turtles walk to the ocean to begin their lives. It was remarkable and we’ll never forget it.

Great unit to stay. If you need to check out before 8:00 AM make sure you arrange it with the staff. I did not know this and it was a bit of a hassle to check out and had to leave 45 minutes later then I wanted to leave.

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! I had the BEST 6 weeks at Victoria’s home. She is such a welcoming hostess and her home is perfect if you love nature, the beach, beautiful earthy vibes, peace and quiet. Everything was so clean and the property was spectacular. Short walk to the beach, cute cafe and not far from one of the best restaurants in the area. Victoria was always so helpful and responded quick. Her housekeeper and property managers were so helpful and made me feel super safe. 10/10 recommend!!!

The place is very pretty and the host very responsive. She provided an accommodation for the heat. The only downfall was that the water pressure in the showers was at a minimum which made it inconvenient for the amount of time we stayed.

We loved the service, friendly staff and everything was very clean, the house was equipped with everything and super comfortable.

Can't say enough about Casa Margarita. It was a wonderful trip, made even better by a communicative, helpful, engaged owner. I'm hesitant to write such a glowing review because I want it to be available when I return to Guasacate next year! It would be a fool's errand to try to encompass my thoughts, as I'd leave something important out, but it's a safe bet that you'll enjoy your stay at Casa Margarita. I'll certainly be back soon.

We had a great time at Villa Lorito!! Some drawbacks included: The kitchen had some functionality issues, but we were still able to cook without much trouble. I’m confident this is something that can be quickly addressed. Additionally, while parking was available, it was not directly at the property but within walking distance. Though manageable, it felt a bit far, especially when carrying luggage or groceries. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the villa's charm and amenities.

Really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful spot and the apartment was exactly as described. All really clean and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where there is a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little pool just outside the apartment block which was really handy for little ones. Roberta was very helpful and quick to answer any question. We’d definitely stay here again!

Max and Audrey were great host. I’ve stayed in this area many times at different airbnbs and this place is one of the nicest you’ll find. Extremely clean and well kept. It is also close in proximity to many restaurants, a mini market, and the beaches. Highly recommend and hope to be able to visit Max and Audrey again soon!

Our stay was excepcional, the facilities and amenities were in optimal conditions, the place was pleasant. The host was kind and helpful, definitly I recommend it specially for families with kids.

Uri was a huge help, great manager. Always got us what we needed then and there. Juan Pablo was great as well, always answered any questions immediately and made our stay super easy. Nice kitchen and everything you need for a long term stay. Walking distance to the beach, both grocery stores and Dog Town. Already planning our next trip back!

The place was in perfect condition, very comfortable, just steps from the beach, the owners are very friendly and answer any questions very quickly. To consider in the future, in the complex there is 1 single pool for the 3 apartments, the owners live right there, and although a car can enter down the street, it is better to arrive by car alto. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

Great spot, close to the beach, nice balcony, spacious. Jeremy was very nice and helpful!

Condo 3D is very well maintained, equipped, comfortable, with stunning views and location. I will definitely come back and recommend it.
