Holiday rentals with breakfast in La Spezia

Bei Massimiliano war es einfach super! Ein herzlicher, immer gut erreichbarer Gastgeber. Sogar morgens um 5.45 Uhr hat er am Abreisetag das leckere Frühstück mit Smoothie und Crostini bereitet und mich zum Bahnhof gefahren! Ich durfte 4 Tage eines der Fahrräder nutzen, was für mich goldwert ist! Das Zimmer, welches ich hatte, ist hell und luftig mit eigenem Balkon. Vor dem Haus kann man toll sitzen, da hat Massimiliano das Frühstück serviert. Man kann die gut ausgestattete Küche nutzen. super. Pinienwald und Strandbagno Maurizio (da müsst ihr hin 》Stefano und Claudia sind total nett und herzlich und das Bagno nicht zu teuer) sind nah, und die Bar 4/20 Electricafé, ebenso ein Highlight. Coole Leute, super Musik, lecker Burger. Wer syrisches Essen mag, geht unbedingt zu Dal Siriano. ALSO, ich war rundum glücklich & zufrieden bei Massimiliano und Alessandra - sie habe ich aber leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder nach Viareggio und zu Massimiliano!

Casa molto carina e accogliente sommersa nel verde del suo giardino. Locata in una zona tranquilla non lontana da tutte le attrazioni e necessità del posto. La casa era pulitissima e attrezzata a dovere. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un quaderno contenente tutte le info della casa e posti / eventi nelle vicinanze descritti nei dettagli. Abbiamo anche trovato tutto per fare colazione sulla tavola (fette biscottate, marmellate, plumcake, fiesta, tortini,…) e dell’acqua! Erano a disposizione tutti gli utensili e strumenti necessari per qualsiasi evenienza. Bagno molto comodo e carino con tutti gli asciugamani necessari. Presente anche aria condizionata in più stanze. Un soggiorno molto comodo, carino e rilassante.

Host reattivo nelle risposte ai messaggi e molto cordiale, la casa è molto spaziosa e in ordine, offre da dormire a più persone, la cucina viene lasciata con anche viveri per poter fare una prima colazione. Posto consigliato a chi intende pernottare per più di una notte

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage auf einem kleinen Berg. Es war perfekt zum abschalten und einfach das Leben zu genießen. Mattia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und war immer zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein sehr schöner Ort, wo man viel Ruhe findet. Ein Auto ist unabdingbar, um zu Restaurants zu gelangen. Es darf einen nicht stören, dass die Kirchen Glocke morgens um 7 klingelt. Francesco Familie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist modern eingerichtet. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos notamment la vue et les terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants et très réactifs.

Casa semplicemente meravigliosa, moderna, estremamente curata e con una posizione straordinaria! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Federica and Francesco are the best host & hostess I ever met. When they learnt we don't have big luggage, they offer a ride from port to apartment, which is really considerate at a hot, humid noon. Also, they offered us a late check out as no immediate next guest. And for the apartment, it is comfortable and well equipped, basically you have everything you need. All in the apartment are organized, new and clean, a luxury that travellers can ever have. Definitely a must stay in La Spezia.

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Wir haben uns bei Lorella sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Sehr komfortabel waren die Klimaanlage und die Rollläden an den Fenstern. Dadurch konnte unser Kleinkind sehr gut und lange schlafen. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen. Wir konnten das Auto stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Zug unternehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke oder gegenüber. Lavagna selbst ist nicht ganz so groß und hat eine nette kleine Innenstadt. Uns hat es gefallen, dass es nicht zu laut und zu lebhaft war. Nach Chiavari sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß, was sich mit einem schönen Spaziergang verbinden lässt. Wir durften einen sehr schönen und unkomplizierten Urlaub in Lorellas Wohnung verbringen. Vielen Dank, dass wir dort zu Gast sein durften.

Franc made us feel very welcome in this cosy Airbnb. It is easy walking distance to the train-station which is a real bonus in this area. You really feel the vibe of the location and is in a great position to do all the fantastic walks using the local C.T pass ticket. Franc was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We would love to go back if possible. Wee note. - if using a mobile phone for communication during travelling you loose communication regularly with all the tunnels so best to make arrangements before you get on the train.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Alessandro per una notte. Appartamento super pulito e curato nei dettagli. Alessandro è una persona molto disponibile e gentile e ci ha accolto con molta premura facendoci trovare nell'appartamento acqua, colazione e alcuni alimenti per mangiare. Ci ha consigliato posti in cui andare e alcune chicche del luogo. Inoltre, ci teniamo a ribadire la sua disponibilità a rispondere a qualsiasi orario. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, lo consigliamo vivamente.

Spacious and well described apartment for 2 of us. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather to take advantage of the outdoor space but this would have been lovely. What made our stay so excellent was the great communication and personal and friendly welcome. Giuliano was there to meet us and give us helpful advice and then Giuseppe and Laura were so friendly and helpful during our stay, despite our poor grasp of Italian! We were even offered a lift to the station on our departure. A real old fashioned personal Airbnb experience. Thank you all so much.

Oui, le commentaire est vraiment nécessaire dans ce cas précis. Manuela, une vraie perle, attentionné, plein de petites gatteries dans la cuisine, et avec son propre véhicule, nous a fait faire un tour de ville, histoire de se repérer. Et nous avons même aimé son quartier, avec un Bar qui s'appelle Ami chez qui pour pas cher nous avons bu des Spritz et manger de bonnes pâtes Manuela, tu avait raison, il n'ya pas que les Cinq villages, il faut allez voir Portovenere et prendre le bateau pour faire le tour de l'ile du Parc Naturelle Porto Venere, belle balade, adorable......., merci encore Manuela

David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Definitely recommend this location.

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, sind wir bequem Richtung Cinque Terre gestartet. Eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Our stay at the Eremo was wonderful! Yes, there are many steps to get up to the house, but it is very worth it for the beautiful views when you get there! Marco was very friendly and welcoming — he went above and beyond to tell us all about the town and area, gave us recommendations for things to do, and was always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Debora’s! The place was very spacious, clean and the garden (including cats and turtle!) felt peaceful. It was such a nice shift in scenery from our previous cramped stays. We had everything we needed, from laundry, a drying rack, a mini fridge, heated towel rack, skylight, and a selection of breakfast items prepared by Debora herself! She was able to accommodate a vegan and a meat-eater. She was super flexible on the timing of breakfast which helped us fuel up for a long hike in Cinque Terre. Debora was very communicative and helpful, even letting us know about the fireworks show in town. The location was easy to find. However, we ended up needing to walk/take a taxi to or from La Spezia Centrale later in the evening when buses stop running as frequently. Something to keep in mind if you plan on being out late and do not want to walk too far. Overall, a very lovely stay!

We loved staying at this B&B. Felt at home and loved the beautiful flower pots at the back entrance that greeted us every day. Great breakfast of delicious Ligurian focaccia, cake, yogurt, and good coffee. The room was so spacious, luminous and equipped with everything: comfy bed, side lamps, small fridge, cutlery, dishes, teakettle, table with chairs both inside and on the balcony. The beach was perfect, with no waves. Like a giant sea water pool. Most of all, we loved Mirella and Paola's warmth, kindness, and knowledge of the area. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend. Nell'appartamento di Nadia ci siamo trovati benissimo, è ben attrezzato, pulito, confortevole e tranquillo. Nadia è stata disponibile e pronta nella comunicazione fornendoci informazioni utili sui servizi e sugli itinerari della zona. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione favorevole per le escursioni che volevamo fare (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana ma anche camminate sui sentieri dell'entroterra). Consigliato.

We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was a total highlight, it was delivered to our balcony every morning to enjoy! Raffaelle was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt right at home. It should be noted, if you are going to make the walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage, take the route a car would take, NOT the walk your phone will tell you. It is only stairs and gravel for 10 minutes straight, it’s nearly impossible to haul your luggage up. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the AC was a much needed plus at this time of year. It was exactly what we needed and the hospitality exceeded expectations, totally recommend.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Giuliana in Lerici. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, und für den Check In wurden wir vom Parkplatz abgeholt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der belebten Strandpromenade und dem Meer und auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Und obwohl man in einer belebten Umgebung wohnt hört man abends auf dem Zimmer kein Lärm von draußen. Wir haben noch eine ganz tolle Strandempfehlung bekommen und waren jederzeit mit Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks versorgt. Giuliana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank
