Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

In Cathar country, we offer you a life experience deep in the forest, in the mountains, where wildlife also shares the place... ideal for recharging your batteries far from the constraints and stress of city life. You will find in the chalet all the comforts, and Wi-Fi available. Cool in summer (possibility of snow in February). The eco-house is located in the heart of 4 ha nestled by the river and has a shared covered natural pool (mid-May to mid-September), a terrace and games for children. Come and get some fresh air, breathe in nature, and visit the high cantons of Hérault! My place is 3 km from the village of La Salvetat-sur-Agoût. Close to lakes (Raviege, St Peyres, Laouzas, Vesole), in the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park, hiking trails. 1-2 hours drive: the Millau Viaduct, Albi, the city of Carcassonne, reach the Mediterranean, the Canal du Midi, the Sidobre etc.
