Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

There is no separate bedroom. Fiber Internet. The apartment is 200m from bus #60/#61 to Geneva&Palexpo. Airport is 20 min by car, 40/55 by bus. With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. A very spacious, modern and quiet accommodation in the middle of a timeless setting! The amenities are more than enough to stay, very functional! As for the setting, in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by nature, you have a direct view of Mont Blanc and can enjoy a 360° view of the starry sky once night falls, a real happiness, a real little piece of paradise that I recommend without hesitation!

Accommodation close to Geneva (20 - 30 minutes by car via the A1) with an outside compatible cats. In fact, in this village with pretty dwellings, all the houses seem to belong to a cat in a friendly atmosphere. It's possible to walk among the vineyards and woods on foot from the property where a few dog owners are walking around. This place was what I needed.
