I liked getting in touch with other guests in the communal area in the kitchen and dining table - for single people this may be less suitable. And Johnny is an original in the best sense, while being outgoing but not intrusive, helpful, fun.....It was a lot of fun, and the walk together up to Ermita (over 189 steps) was a highlight in the double sense.

Beautiful quite town in the mountains. Everything was great about this stay. Maria was responsive, showed us the house at check in and gave us some recommendations within the town. It’s a very small town with a few bars and restaurants. Not much night activity but very quiet. Would ask to stay again if we visit Spain.

It was a fantastic experience; Fran was waiting for us on arrival, and kindly guided us to the house. He was very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed some great days in their beautiful home, quiet and very comfortable. Great to go with children and to enjoy the silence and views. We'll repeat!

The location is very beautiful with a lot of facilities. The host are very friendly and you can ask them anything. From the Villa to the beach you make approximately 35 minutes and it costs approximately €30 with Uber

We went to celebrate my 24th birthday and without a doubt the experience was 100 out of 10. The beautiful house, with everything in order, all the necessary amenities and being surrounded by nature was a privilege. Blanca gave us a lot of proximity from minute one, showed speed in contacting us and gave us a tour of the house attending to all the needs we could have. Highly recommended, to repeat.

A very unique little town! If you want to experience off the beating track then this place won’t disappoint. Small community, beautiful streets and buildings in the middle of mountainous terrain. Friendly people. If you aren’t a confident driver just be careful of the narrow streets and steep hills!

For us with two dogs the place was perfect. The entire property was completely fenced and the two large dogs felt right at home.

Friendly contact and very good value for the money. Some smell in the bathroom and a bit outdated. It didn't bother us too much as we booked at very short notice. Only the narrow streets and the poor parking left us a little stressed because we had a trailer with us. Convenient and functional, not for status-driven guests.

Everything was perfect! Javier is a super attentive host, and he was attentive to our check-in until we got inside. The place is just like the photos and I would even say that it's even better... if you want to relax with your family, enjoy the day and the pool, it's the right place

Thank you very much to Francisco and his wife for their accommodation, the house is bigger than in the photos, it has everything you need, super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The wonderful outdoor space, both the front and the back garden allow you to relax, the pool area is the best, my daughters enjoyed it a lot and we cooked a lot in the outdoor kitchen that I allowed us to make paellas and turras. the location is good, close to the city of Valencia and the urbanization where the house is located is very quiet with neighbors all year round in case you need anything. We hope to be able to repeat next year since we had a great time, thanks to Francisco and his wife, with prompt and attentive communication, we have enjoyed a lot, thank you for everything!

The best the host and that the house is fantastic. We'll be back in summer to enjoy the great pool and outdoor areas. It made very good weather and we were able to enjoy the outdoor garden and terraces. Eliseo facilitated us everything we needed for cooking, he was very kind and flexible on the time of entry, and with our guests, which we sincerely thank him. Thank you very much for everything!!

Great place to stay a great place Antonio was communicative from minute zero. We had a cast light tube and it was planted there quickly to fix it. I recommend it if you want to enjoy a quiet place, full of nature, perfect for the Mtb.

The house is right at the top of the historic centre, close the castle. The streets around the house are not accessible by car, being narrow stepped pathways, but a lovely location with great views from the rooftop terrace. We arrived by taxi and had to carry luggage up to the house. We only explored the area by bicycle having brought these out with us, or by train into Valencia city. There are some lovely bike routes to discover in the area. There are some nice places to eat & drink in Sagunto and we thought people were very friendly and helpful, despite our own language limitations! Analia was very helpful in answering our queries using the Airbnb email service which was helpful for both of us in translation. We went into Valencia 3 times on the train, which was a regular service & very good value. We also rode in on the bikes, & returned on the train. It's a lovely city to explore & has lots to offer, but we were very glad to return to the calm of Sagunto.

The place was ideal for us, as group of 4,doing Ironman 70.3 Valencia. It was a very good location for both transitions. We had plenty of space and the facilities in the apartment are excellent. As a coeliac, there were many gluten free options close by. The supermarket and restaurants are very close and the public transport is at your door step. The only negative to the location is that it is situated next to a very busy road. If like me ,you are not used to traffic, I would recommend earplugs.

This is a perfect spot to get away from the hectic city. It is really peaceful and quiet. Beautiful surrounding and very nice views. The house has everything you need and David is a very nice and very friendly host. Very good in communication and reaction. The weather was rainy but we’ve enjoyed our stay very much and used the fireplace to warm the house in the evening with the provided wood. A place to return.
