Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

I really recommend Maëlle's property... We felt very good there... We loved spending a few days there... The contact with our host was very friendly, she gave us very useful advice both for our walks, the local creperies... It was a pleasure to meet her.

The house is nice with everything you need for a good stay. Close to beach and bike paths. The neighborhood is quiet and shops are within walking distance.

Véronique and her husband welcomed us for our arrival, they had put the air conditioning on, which was very pleasant given the heat (heatwave). Their welcome was very friendly and warm. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean, very well equipped, nothing to complain about, it was perfect. Private parking space It is perfectly suitable for animals. The outdoor space is also very good, with barbecue, sun loungers, table chairs, parasol…. The place is peaceful, beach nearby. Close to shops, market, etc. We have a special fondness for this house and we plan to return. We highly recommend this accommodation to travelers.

A really nice little house for 2 people. Very well located with the path in front that leads directly to the beach. Peaceful place (off-season in any case), very accommodating host. You just need to plan to change the vacuum cleaner. We are delighted with our stay.

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

We had a great stay for a long weekend (family with 2 children). The studio is convenient to access, well-equipped, pleasantly furnished and decorated, the bedding is comfortable. Great pleasure to have sea view and direct access to the beaches. The schedules were quite broad, which allowed us to make the most of it. Thank you Marielle for your hospitality and your rental!

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

We had a great week in Aurelies house. It was perfect for a holiday with four teenagers and a dog.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing accommodation. I think it's only done for two guests. Shower a little (70X70) but by that everything is perfect. Well-equipped and good geographical location. Vincent was very kind to us at the reception and was accommodating on the time of our arrival. His explanations were perfect. The accommodation has a cellar or there are two bikes available. Private parking space. Shopping and restaurant everything is nearby. There are very nice walks to do along the coast and the area is very pretty. We would recommend this listing.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Our second visit to the property. It ticks so many boxes for us, but over and above the fact that the house is superb, the location allows us to safely park up the car, walk a short distance to buy what we need or eat at a variety of excellent restaurants or, for longer journeys, set off on the huge choice of wonderful circuits (coastal or inland). Pornic is a lovely town, with a great maritime history and tradition. To summarise how much we loved this place, we only got back home yesterday and we have already reserved our week for next year!!!

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Welcoming, warm house. Ideally located. View of the sailboats in the port, to the rhythm of the tides. Everything is within walking distance. Attentive and efficient hosts. A flowery and relaxing garden. very good bedding is important.

In short: The apartment was nicer and above all larger than expected. The rear terrace with wooden floor and artificial turf is completely enclosed and very large and cannot be seen and is very quiet. If it is too windy at the back, you can switch to the small front terrace next to the parking space. Perfect. The bathroom with light shaft is bright and offers a large, walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The sea with the beach promenade is very close. The bakery, butcher and other shops of Tharon Plage can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Restaurants in 5 min. We were very pleased.
