We had a great stay in L'Epine in the annex. The place was ideally located for a wedding at the Punta Lara hotel. This house is a corner of paradise in which we felt at home. The decoration is neat and the accommodation has all the necessary amenities to enjoy Noirmoutier (bike, barbecue, petanque, etc.) Clarisse was very responsive and clear in her communication. We hope to return one day 😀

Ideal home for reunions with friends/family. The house is well-equipped, functional and very clean with a beautiful garden. We were 10 adults and 4 kids . The environment is quiet and the beach is within walking distance.

We had a great week in Aurelies house. It was perfect for a holiday with four teenagers and a dog.

As Véronique says "small unpretentious accommodation" but it includes everything you need for a pleasant stay for two; the beach is close by, the center of Epine too. Important point for us: it was possible to park the motorcycle without problem in the garden that surrounds the cottage. Perfect

Great week in this comfortable house, with neat decor and very well equipped. We were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the ideal location close to shops on foot and restaurants recommended by our host and the beaches, 10 minutes by bike. Perfect for a family, we loved it!

Melanie is an absolutely fabulous Host. Before we arrived she reached out to us offering to help in anyway. Melanie was able to recommend a local vet (travelling with our dog, we had to visit one before returning to the uk) and booked an appointment for us. She was so flexible about check in & out, was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was more than we could hope for. Travelling with our son & daughter (in their 20’s) we all felt that there was plenty of space for chilling out. A beautiful quiet garden with plenty of relaxing seating. And a short walk to the beach and St Brevin du l’Ocean which has a lovely selection of shops, restaurants and bars. We are definitely returning here next year and greatly looking forward to it.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

The accommodation is very nice, there is room for 4 people. And each couple has their own bathroom :) I would recommend it without hesitating

Philippe's accommodation matches the description exactly. Easy access in a small quiet street. Nice decoration throughout the apartment. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and a large TV, top fiber Internet connection. Well-equipped kitchen area. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Note the electric roller shutters in the bedroom and living room. Clean and functional shower room. The small terrace at the back is very nice. Just 50 m from the apartment, a very nice little square with one of the best bakeries in Nantes (closed on Wednesdays). In the morning, you just have to open the apartment window to smell the delicious smells of the bakery. Go there with your eyes closed, everything is delicious, including the fresh sandwiches. The pastry is excellent. It was hot during my stay but Philippe's accommodation keeps the cool, very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's. The apartment is great! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, close to the tram, bike station, bus and lots of things can be done on foot. Close to supermarkets (crossroads and biocoop). For a long stay it's great😊.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. We will not fail to call on him again if we pass through this beautiful region.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
