excelente lugar cerca del malecón de la paz, en mi caso me quedé con mi familia 2 niños y mi esposa, muy buena opción

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en este condominio. El lugar es cómodo, bien distribuido y perfecto tanto para una persona como para dos parejas, ya que las dos recámaras ofrecen privacidad y espacio suficiente. Me hospedé solo y me sentí muy a gusto desde el primer momento. La ubicación es excelente: a solo unos minutos caminando del malecón, tiendas, restaurantes y todo lo que uno necesita para disfrutar la ciudad sin necesidad de coche. A pesar de estar tan cerca de todo, el condominio es muy silencioso, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando. Las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas, y las dos albercas son un gran plus para relajarse. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomiendo tanto para escapadas personales como para viajes en grupo pequeño.

This condo is absolutely beautiful!! The details this host put into the home are high taste and standard making it such a comfortable stay. Maria was so great to work with and quick to respond and help when we needed anything. Location has a gorgeous view of the water, a large patio that was great to watch the sunset, pool we had to ourselves most of the time, security was so nice and safe to park our car. Maria left a nice book giving ideas to do around town. We had an amazing time visiting La Paz for the first time. We would recommend taking the main waterfront road to the property and then up the hill to the very large complex and find it during daylight. We felt very safe in La Paz walking around and driving to the local attractions and the food was amazing at every turn!

The hosts were great and went the extra mile with everything we needed. Super sweet family and super helpful. We've stayed multiple times in La Paz and love this building. it's just a few minutes drive to the malecon. it's got a pool and a little gym. The view is great and the house is well equipped. recommended!

Me encantó hospedarme ahí! Súper limpio, mejor que en las fotos, muy seguro el lugar, y seguro para los que llevamos carro de renta, yo llevé todo para cocinar y realmente tenían todo lo que necesite de utensilios !!! Muy céntrico, cerca de un súper mercado, se negocios de comida etc!! Cuando venga a la paz me hospedaré ahí de nuevo ! Gracias !!!

Acogedor departamento, con amplio espacio, cómodo y con espectacular vista a la Marina. Es para personas que prefieren estar alejados del bullicio del malecón/ centro.

Un lugar perfecto! Llegue por trabajo pero disfrute muchísimo mi estancia en el lugar, y el anfitrión todo un caballero!

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestras vacaciones. El condominio tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy acogedor, disfrutamos del gimnasio, de la piscina, de la playa que te invitaba a quedarte siempre ahí. Las vistas de los atardeceres fueron espectaculares! Las atenciones de Therry (administrador de la propiedad) y de Marlen (ama de llaves) hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese muy agradable! En fin, una propiedad totalmente recomendable si buscas un condominio frente a la playa en La Paz!

We loved our time at Claudia’s apartment. The condo was spotless, modern, and you can tell the owners pay attention to every detail (cooler and umbrellas for the beach, reverse osmosis filtered water and even filtered ice water which is not only very rare in México but much appreciated with the heat or La Paz). My young kids had a great time in the pool. The location is about a 5 minute drive from the start of the malecón. The hosts were super responsive. We’d love to come back!

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour chez Alejandra! Elle a été très attentive à nos besoins. Elle nous a offert son aide régulièrement. L’appartement était parfait pour nos besoins. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien et nous avons pu travailler avec nos ordinateurs de l’appartement sans problème. L’appartement est bien décoré et confortable. Je voyage depuis maintenant 3 ans et j’ai visité plusieurs Airbnb et c’est définitivement la meilleure hôte que j’ai eu. Je recommande fortement de séjourner ici.

We really loved our stay at Leo's place. Everything is exactly as described and in the photos, the kitchen has everything you need, and the property is secure, private, well maintained, and like its name-sake, an oasis. Leo is a helpful and kind host, who wants his guests to have the absolute best time they can possibly have vising La Paz. Leo went out of his way to make us feel welcome and offered helpful tips and suggestions. The property is only a few blocks from el Malecon, but you'll find restaurants and shops all around the neighbourhood (without the noise!). We would absolutely stay at Leo's place again if we ever find our way back to La Paz.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! The black sand beach was absolutely beautiful and hardly anyone was there so we had the beach to ourselves a lot of the time. The pool was amazing and the swim up bar was such a plus! The condo is absolutely lovely with beautiful breathtaking views! The beds are super comfy which is definitely a plus. Plenty of room for a small family as well. Everyone there is super friendly. Instructions were clear to get to the condo and its super easy. Great communication! We honestly can't wait to go back again soon!!

We loved staying in this condo! We were in La Paz on vacation and our priority was to be in the water, and this spot was amazing. Great snorkeling from the beach right in front of the condo, and we went diving with the Cortez Club which is just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Loved the views, the porch is spacious and watching the ocean and the sunsets.... amazing! The condo itself is a bit dated but that was not an issue for us. We can't wait to return to La Paz and would stay here again! Francisco was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

Departamento excepcional con una excelente ubicación y excelente vista. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, en un departamento muy nuevo y cómodo. Ademas los guardias del condominio fueron muy amables y la comunicación con Gaby muy buena. La entrada al departamento es autónoma y sencilla. Solo recomendaría traer antifaz para dormir, pues las cortinas no tienen black out y, sobre todo en la recámara secundaria, entra mucho el sol por la mañana. Asimismo, la entrada al fraccionamiento es muy cómoda en carro y cercana al malecón, solo a pie no recomiendo tanto llegar, por la construcción alrededor de la zona y una jauría de perros callejeros que se juntan justo en la subida para entrar. Regresaríamos a hospedarnos en este departamento sin dudarlo.

Excelente ubicación y todo súper limpio , los anfitriones contestaban bastante rápido , a pesar de ser un complejo de muchos depas no se escucha nada de ruido , puedes ir caminando al centro y a varios restaurantes y puntos de interés. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en mandala medusa

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and cozy linens. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and transit. Our host was incredibly responsive. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

El alojamiento coincide con lo que se menciona, buena atención del anfitrión, ubicado en zona buena para moverte hacia cualquier lugar de interés, limpio , espacioso y buena comunicación si algo se ofrecía
