The place is so cute! 🥰 Without a doubt, the view is well worth it. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The pool was quite cold (I don't know if it's because of the season or if it's always like that), but we still dared to get in🥶... and honestly, it's worth it! As a point to consider, the climb to reach the condominium is somewhat complicated. I would have loved to go for a walk in the area, but there are still no well-paved streets and the surroundings feel very lonely, so it is necessary to have a car to stay here. Of course, the esplanade is super close, just 5 minutes by car, which is a great plus. One detail to improve would be the sheets and towels: everything is white, which aesthetically looks great, but when you arrive from the beach or the pool you worry a little about not staining anything. Perhaps more practical options for guests could be considered. Overall, I do recommend it! But definitely, only if you have 🚗

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!

Place was clean, safe and easy to get to. Great location, everything was in walking distance. Though the pool isn’t private, you basically have it to yourself.

This was our first time in La paz and doing Airbnb in mexico. The place was in great shape. We traveled with children. The pool was great! The beach was so beautiful ! The restaurant was a perk for us. We are looking forward to come back. We fell in love with La paz and the place. The host was very helpful and kind. Overall I give them a 10+/10 We cant wait to comeback ❤️

This is the fourth time my family and I have stayed at this condominium. Once again, I'm happy to say that everything was excellent. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and tidy with everything you need. We had a very happy time. The view is very beautiful and the attention of our host is perfect. It is a very clean and comfortable place. It has beautiful views from its windows. I would rent it again. It also has beach chairs, an icebox and accessories. If you go to the beaches, I'd stay there again. Thanks, Derek.

The apartment is all you need when you go to Los Cabos. It has an excellent location. There are malls nearby, there is a beach two blocks away, the place is very quiet and safe. Deborah was attentive to us at all times, she responds to messages in a very short time and the directions are very accurate. I highly recommend the place.

Our stay at Manuel and Queta’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. This studio apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The space was clean, quiet and comfortable and the best part was the one minute walk to a beautiful beach. For the first few days, I stayed on the premises and enjoyed the beach, but when I wanted to check out the town, it was a quick and easy cab ride to the local restaurants, bars and shops. I loved staying here and only hope I will be able to do it again one day. Thank you Dinora!

I highly recommend Vanessa's condo. The views are spectacular and there is a beach right across the street although we drove to the popular beaches with amenities. It was great to have a designated, covered parking sop for our car. The condo community is gated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are spacious and exactly as pictured in the photos. Their are mini-splits in all of the bedrooms and living room; a must during the summer. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and found everything that we needed. I'm sure that I will be back to San Carlos and I would stay again in Vanessa's place without hesitation.

Everything seemed accessible, nice and comfortable, the only situation we didn't like was that we had to wait until very late to be able to access the apartment.

This condo is absolutely beautiful!! The details this host put into the home are high taste and standard making it such a comfortable stay. Maria was so great to work with and quick to respond and help when we needed anything. Location has a gorgeous view of the water, a large patio that was great to watch the sunset, pool we had to ourselves most of the time, security was so nice and safe to park our car. Maria left a nice book giving ideas to do around town. We had an amazing time visiting La Paz for the first time. We would recommend taking the main waterfront road to the property and then up the hill to the very large complex and find it during daylight. We felt very safe in La Paz walking around and driving to the local attractions and the food was amazing at every turn!

Casa Avo is a fabulous place to stay in the center of San Jose del Cabo. The condo is beautifully appointed with great views and so accessible to everything. Even though it's in the old part of town, it's an easy drive out of town if you want to explore. The terrace with the infinity pool is the icing on the cake. We wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else in our week's visit to the area!

We loved the proximity to the ocean, the pools, the view from the unit and the outdoor seating area next to the beach. We also enjoyed watching surfers.

Our stay was amazing! Felt extremely safe and it was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kiddie pool that is just a few feet out of our location. The Infiniti pool and service we received there was amazing also! Sandra and Daniel were very responsive and so was Adrian which is the gentleman that reached out to us for any need & assisted us with some of our reservations. Overall great stay! Would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved staying with Pam in Cabo! The pictures honestly didn’t do it justice, it’s so much nicer and great in person! The place overlooks the private pool so it was super easy to go right in every day. The location is super walkable too so we were able to walk to breakfast every morning! Pam also provided extremely great instructions for getting there, how to get to the beach, and local recommendations as well! We plan on staying with her again very soon
