The location is great, just a few steps from the boardwalk, restaurants, bars and everything on hand. The value is perfect. The hostess is always attentive and very kind.

A BIG Thankyou to Claudia and Miguel for a wonderful 3 month stay. We had a fabulous time in LaPaz, especially staying with Claudia and her family. It is home away from home and feels like family. The airb&b had everything we needed, it is spacious and cozy. We loved the location in a nice local neighborhood where we felt safe walking even in the evenings when it was dark. Everything is in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The space is cool, clean, water pressure and hot water was great. They touched every detail perfectly and were there for us if we needed anything. We were very blessed to join Claudia and her family for a delicious Christmas Eve dinner and a delicious Tacos on the grill dinner was a perfect Mexican experience. We look forward to returning to Claudia's home in our future travels and highly recommend to all looking for a home away from home. Many Blessings to our new friends Claudia and Miguel and Family. It is the second time I stayed here and everything was wonderful , the third floor has a very comfortable terrace, very accessible staff, recommended !!

Comfortable and spacious place, with everything you need to visit for business or pleasure.

Everything was very good the only detail that the area has a lot of dogs and in the early morning it was a bit difficult to sleep. Also in the Apartamento superior were singing., screaming a little but they are things that René can't control but if he says there could be noise it would be better. However, everything is fine

One of the best places to stay in La Paz! Down the street from a local supermarket and across the street from a great bakery. Highly recommend!

Secure and clean. The office is staffed downstairs. I like the 700 meter walk to the ocean and restaurants, rather than being directly on the beach. Make sure I walk off the Margaritas. All very good and no complaints. I also liked the roof.

It was a super nice and comfortable stay. The place has a lot of privacy, own entrance and we were able to keep the cart which was made super useful. It has what you need to be, the heat is not very closed and in the room there is air conditioning. Hot water comes out of the shower (although it was really not necessary). The process to get to and from is extremely accessible, easy and quick. The attention from the host was excellent, it was always pending but respecting privacy. Lastly, the location is perfect, it is close to many places to eat, close to the seawall and we never had trouble getting to the places we wanted. We highly recommend this place, we had a great time.

Excellent stay in peace!!! Close to everything and in a quiet area, from now on we will always stay with Luis! Note that the property is old and if you are looking for something nice, there are many lofts and apartments for twice the price than with Luis, so you don't struggle. If you're picky, don't come, but if you're looking for a place with a pool, a good location, enough pillows and blankets, decent cleanliness, but in an old property, go for it!!! Apart from that, it has excellent musical taste! 😂😂

The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. They were very attentive to my arrival, excellent communication and I am very grateful that they allowed me to leave a little after the hour. 100% Recommended!!!
