The apartment is very good, it matches the description, it has an excellent view and is well equipped, Paola always responds in time and is attentive to what is required.

Yoel and team were great hosts, communicative, super friendly and helpful. The place itself is so nice definitely recommend!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well located. We really appreciate the details, like the shower pressure, which was super nice. The pool and terrace area is spectacular, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. Everything worked perfectly and communication with the host was clear and friendly. Tom is such a nice and attentive guy. He was always available for us even when I left the keys inside the place, he rescued us right away. I highly recommend the place and the host.

Place was just as the pictures showed. Place was clean. Super nice. Check in was super easy. Location was great. Using the gps to get there is good but don’t turn down the dirt road that it tells you to. Get to rental from the malicon. Definitely bring some towels or buy some here. With 2 showers some days, there wasn’t enough. We left the ones we bought there but still needs more. Wished there was a washer and dryer but the laundry mat was super close. The pool was 12 steps from our patio and heated. Was perfect. Loved the pool bathroom being out by it. Would have liked a tv in our bedroom but not a deal breaker. All in all was super pleased with it. Was glad we brought clothes hangers too

I had such a great experience with Yoel and this listing, a true gem! I brought my dad here as this is possibly the last of our memories together, so I knew it had to be special! Yoel and his team were very accommodating and great hosts!! I made memories with my dad that I don’t think I could have made anywhere else! I am coming back with my husband next time!! Thanks for everything!! Definitely SUPER HOST!

The stay was excellent, Karen responded very quickly and promptly solved a small problem we had with the air conditioning in one of the rooms. The apartment is great and clean and new. The building is also very well located.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

The hosts were great and went the extra mile with everything we needed. Super sweet family and super helpful. We've stayed multiple times in La Paz and love this building. it's just a few minutes drive to the malecon. it's got a pool and a little gym. The view is great and the house is well equipped. recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and cozy linens. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and transit. Our host was incredibly responsive. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Had a wonderful stay in this bright and sunny home. It is exactly as is pictured and was very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out. Waking up to view of the ocean is such a special treat. It is inside the Puerto Cortes Resort development in the Colinas section which is all homes and not condos. They have their own security gate and you always feel safe. The home comes with a 4 seater golf cart which made all the difference in getting in and out of the development through interior golf roads though we also had a car rental. The kids loved the golf cart so much so we made good use of the shops/restaurants/club at the marina. Communication was prompt and recommendations for tours with Baco at the marina were perfection ask for Emiliano and Jorge. Instructions to use the home and amenities included in your stay were very clear and informative. We used the kitchen, just make sure to bring all your ingredients needed for cooking. Showers were strong and hot.

Flavia's place was perfect for our party of 5. The large kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and privacy of bedrooms made it wonderful for our group. The roof top deck was a favorite place to see sunrises, sunsets and find solitude. We enjoyed the pool and security of the complex along with the great location close to town and local beaches. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful, flexible with our arrival time, and friendly. It's a perfect place to spend a short or longer amount of time in La Paz. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.
