Townhome holiday rentals in La Janda

Muchas gracias Eduardo, Gloria (y su compañero), Paco: Estoy en la etapa de prospección de un terreno en zona subtropical. Iba a Genalguacil para visitar un terreno. Genalguacil es un pueblo muy interesante por su compromiso con la cultura y se nota mucho. No solo por las más de 100 obras de arte contemporáneo en las calles del pueblo, pero en la manera de cuidar de las casas, de las plazas. Comenté a Eduardo que iba a visitar un terreno y si por acaso sabía de terrenos a venta. Le mandé una lista de características que busco. Eduardo me puso en contacto con Paco y fuimos a visitar otras dos fincas juntos. Ha sido muy agradable conocer a lugareños y conversar sobre temas diversos tocando al pueblo y la cercanía. Fuimos a visitar el museo de arte contemporáneo con Paco y luego conocer su tienda donde vende su artesanía hecha con madera de olivo, esparto, y otras fibras vegetales. La casa de Eduardo en el centro del pueblo es perfecta para alojarse y sentirse en casa. Genial Genal!

La casa está muy bien. Limpia, ordenada y cómoda. La piscina está muy bien. Muy buena ubicación tanto para ir a la playa como a los restaurantes más conocidos. Encantados con la anfitriona que ha estado atenta en todo momento y es muy amable.

Noelia muy atenta y amable, nos ha permitido una llegada y salida flexible. Alojamiento muy acogedor. Magníficas vistas a la zona. Zona tranquila, de fácil acceso y buen aparcamiento. Destacar la comodidad de las camas. Gracias por la estancia.

Estuve en este alojamiento dos días y me encantó,es muy acogedor y Zoe me explicó todo . Si quieres ir al centro histórico dirígete por detrás de casa porque en menos de 5 minutos estás ahí .

Das Reihenhaus in Ronda hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr heiß draußen und wir waren glücklich über das kühle Haus mit zwei schönen Bädern und gemütlichen Betten. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einmalig schön. Wir hatten auch das Glück ein nächtliches Gewitter bestaunen zu können. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einzig das öffnen des Schlüsdelkastens war etwas schwierig, weil es sich wohl durch die Hitze ausgedehnt hat. Mit einem Stück Textil und etwas Wasser haben wir es geschafft. Danke Balta für das tolle Erlebnis!

Ell alojamiento era lo que esperábamos, tranquilo, familiar y con todo lo que necesitamos. Chari ha sido una buena anfitriona y nos ha ayudado con todo lo que necesitamos. Repetiremos.

We loved the location and comfort of Marks place. The amenities are clean, comfortable and accurately described. The location is amazing. 5min to the beach and 15 to the town center. Only one bedroom has AC and there are stairs (this is just a note so people are aware but it didn’t impact our stay). The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay and my dog Sunny got amazing treats!

Great stay and Villa, exactly what we needed for the start of our family holiday. Perfect family area in the middle section of the Villa and one of the best stocked kitchens and cooking ware we have had access to. Great stay all round.

Don't know where to begin about this beautiful place in Gaucin. First of all, the town is amazingly beautiful! So quiet and the people were very friendly. The apartment was absolutely beautiful! We were nervous about the stairs and different levels since we're both in our late 60's, but it was not an issue at all. When you get to the top level and see the mind blowing view, it's worth a few stairs!! The place was spotless and just had so much character. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! We had a rented car and parking was a bit tricky but it was all good. We did a day trip to Ronda, beautiful drive to another beautiful city. We had delicious food and drink everywhere. We also hiked to the castle which was very cool. Overall just a fantastic adventure for us in a gorgeous town and apartment. Loved Gaucin!!

A perfect house, in a wonderful location. Isabel the host was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The house is very well equipped, both inside and out. The accessories available for guests to use on the beach ( Chairs, Parasols, Ice Boxes, Towels, Bats and balls etc) make the holiday so much easier. The location is perfect in terms of transport links( Bus & Train), Supermarkets, Shops, Restaurants and Bars. We did not need to rent a car, as everywhere was walkable.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von David und im Paraiso sehr genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Anlage mit Pool am Meer wunderschön und in dem geräumigen und sauberen Haus von David haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. David ist ein sehr netter 1A Vermieter, ist bei allen Anliegen schnell erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles. Er ist sehr fürsorglich, Essen und Trinken standen bei der Anreise bereit. Wir geben gerne und verdient die beste Bewertung.

Un sitio muy cómodo para nuestra familia. Nos sentimos muy bien en el sitio. Repetiría segurísimo

A casa excelente. Espaçosa. sala e cozinha amplas. lavandaria. Quartos - uma suíte muito bem dimensionada. os quartos, menos amplos mas mais do que suficientes para 2 pessoas. Um terraço fabuloso no último andar, equipado para barbecue e com mesa de jantar. mais um pátio com vista jardim e piscina. um ótimo spot para partilha. de tudo. Incluindo afetos e muita gargalhada. PS: só se recomenda que peçam ou tragam, repelente insetos 🦟 para as tomadas. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

It is a beautiful location to explore the Costa Del Sol. Jackie was an excellent host, with great communication. The home has all you need.

Beautiful place. Private roof terrace. Absolutely peaceful. Gorgeous things, kitchen had all we needed, very well equipped. Lovely living room with cosy fireplace and comfy sofa. The beds are comfortable. Lots of blankets to keep warm at night. Linda has thought of everything and the neighbours next door are warm, kind and helpful. Highly recommended, we will return. Cortes de la Frontera is a typical pueblo blanco, and being off the tourist trail, it is worthwhile and appreciated to speak at least a little basic Spanish. We loved it in Cortes.

Jan ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, freundlicher Host. Formlose Kommunikation, schnelle Reaktion auch auf kleine Sonderwünsche. Die Unterkunft hätte besser nicht sein können. 1a Lage, bestmögliche Aussicht von den Terrassen, das charmante Ortszentrum ist zwei Minuten entfernt, dennoch ruhige Lage. Das war uns vorher gar nicht so bewusst. Wir würden genau diese Unterkunft wieder wählen!! Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, alle Besorgungen sind problemlos fußläufig zu erledigen. Hinweis: durch die zentrale Lage ist die Wohnung nicht ganz direkt anfahrbar, ein kleines Auto hilfreich. ;)

El alojamiento es ideal para grupos como el nuestro, 5 personas, adultos. La casa está impecable, bien situada para todo pero en una zona tranquila. El anfitrión, encantador. Sin duda repetiremos.

Excelente alojamiento, muy bien cuidado y limpio, con espacio de sobra para grupos o familias. Ella siempre estuvo pendiente y nos atendieron de maravilla. Íbamos con niños y el patio trasero fue estupendo para que jugaran y disfrutaran. La zona comunitaria también era estupenda. Tiene piscina comunitaria pero estaba cerrada aún. En coche estábamos a pocos minutos de la playa. Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos.
