fantastic villa. very spacious. everything very fully equipped. modern kitchen etc etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind as a tenant is that you can actually only leave the property by car because you are right on the road. So a walk from home is not really possible or you can walk on a highway.

Great stay! Beautiful house, looks exactly like the pictures. They responded quickly and were very friendly. Everything was ready for our son, a fence around the pool, a baby bath, a high chair, they had thought of everything! We really enjoyed it here!

The house with several terraces is in a beautiful location and within walking distance of the sea, which is ideal for the kite-surfers. The nest of young dogs in the garden was a pleasant surprise. The house is nicely decorated. The owners were really friendly and helpful, as well as the help that ran around there.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Photos do not do the Villa justice. Everything was clean and spacious. The garden was lovely and we cooked BBQ in the bbq pit at the back of the garden. Pool was lovely especially as it was very hot when we came. The rooms were great sizes and we used the kitchen a lot which was very modern. There was also lots of utensils to use for when we BBQ. It also wasn’t far from local shops and restaurants. Andres was amazing at coming back to us and was great on Whats App. He also gave me restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t fault the place. We were visiting due to the fact we were getting married nearby later in the week and wanted to relax and we definately did. Thank you Andres and thanks for the champagne!!!

It was our 2nd stay at Achim's. We loved our first 4-week stay last year so we were sure we wanted to go back this year. The tranquility of the place, the spectacular view from the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the new hot tub and the comfort of the small house seduced us again. We spent 5 weeks there and we didn't want to leave. Whether for a long or short stay and if you are looking for tranquility like us, it is the perfect place. 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Conil for shopping, less than 15 minutes to explore Vejer. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of goats and birds after a day of exploration. Achim is very responsive and makes sure everything is perfect and Miguel the gardener comes twice a week to make sure everything is spotless. We'll definitely go back. It feels like home:)

Epic! The most beautiful space in this entire city. Every room was full of charm and Spanish glamour and character. The house was clean, the ambiance calming, and the location prime. The rooms, the garden, the pool, everything was absolutely stunning. Carlos was beyond helpful, is an amazing cook, and did everything in his power to make sure we had what we needed for our stay (he is also an AMAZING cook). Jose Maria was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. There really are not enough characters to describe the absolute perfection that is this home. All that I can say is that we will 100% be returning.

The house, the swimming pool, the more than complete kitchen and the location exceeded expectations. Despite not being the cheapest location in Andalusia, this was more than worth it. Walking to the beach or a restaurant around the corner, but also the important places were at a relatively short distance: Cádiz as a special city with its own Gulf of Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera with its sherry, horses and, if you're lucky, the feria de Jerez But also Tarifa, the place to be, if you are a water sports enthusiast with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Everything at your fingertips. Communicating with Aafke was very pleasant and friendly. Lots of tips and always answers to questions we had. In short: fantastic! I would recommend this place, this house to everyone. We were with four adults but children will also have a good time here!

The apartment is located about 3 km west of the town center. We know the area and we knew that. A car is therefore highly recommended for shopping. The apartment itself is very cozy and has everything you needed. The large bed in the bedroom is 1.40 wide. Challenging for two large people, but cozy. Everything organizational worked out really well.

The accommodation in El Palmar is mega beautiful and a good base for exploring the area. We were traveling by rental car and enjoyed it very much in the tiny house. Everything is picobello clean and practical. From the lanai you have an unobstructed view and hear the sea rustling. What more do you want?

I had an amazing time here. The house is stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable, but the garden made the most impression on me. It's gorgeous, well-maintained, and has an amazing space to relax. It's a true oasis of peace, where you can totally relax and recharge your batteries. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful accommodation, with a unique garden for outdoor activities! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay!

Concha's house is beautiful, it doesn't lack any detail. A house decorated with very good taste. The tranquility of the area where it is located is incredible. Very close to supermarkets and easy to access to go to the different places you surely want to visit in the area (Zahara, Tarifa, Conil, Vejer...) Both Concha and Mari, who welcomed us for the key handover, were wonderful! We'd love to come back! Thank you Concha!

Wonderful home! It is beautiful, clean and the check-in and check-out instructions were always clear, as well as having everything you need to travel alone or as a couple. That allow pets has also been a plus to travel with my Border Collie and enjoy Vejer in the best way possible. The best thing about the house is the amazing views from the terrace and its location, 2 minutes from downtown. I teleworking on on Friday morning and I had no problem with the connection and Wifi. I understand that in summer it will be more complicated, but now in May I have not had any problems with parking less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely repeat.

We absolutely adored our stay at Rudolph’s fabulous house. Nestled away in the mountains in peace and tranquility was totally divine. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The living spaces are very chic and comfortable and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. Views from the swimming pool make you feel like you’re in a James Bond hideaway. Rudolph was reachable on the phone all the time and provided some great recommendations on restaurants. It’s probably about a 7 minute drive down in to Estepona but up a very quiet road, with some stunning views out over the sea. I wouldn’t hesitate the visit again next time we’re in the area. If you get chance to stay at this wonderful place then just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Rudolph

The place is really nice, clean and most importantly comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, understanding, and nice. I wasn’t able to get a visa to visit, so my friend ended up going instead. They were extremely understanding, and helped with his check-in and check-out. He’ll definitely be there again, and hopefully I will as well.

Paola is a great host and her cottage is perfect for spending a few days on the amazing beach of Bologna. Steps to the beach and restaurants. Parking and shops nearby. The house is super nice, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay, many details and decorated with love. I fell in love with the courtyard with the flowers!! We loved staying in this beautiful house in the gorgeous town of Vejer. The house was stunning from top to bottom, truly special place. Thank you for the beautiful stay. We particularly enjoyed the terrace at the top in the evenings for bbqing and the sheltered courtyard pool in the day. One thing to note for other guests reading this is that you can’t drive close to the property even if google tells you you can (we made this mistake and nearly got stuck on a precarious hill) so when checking in park up nearby first.

We had an excellent stay in David’s villa and only wish we could have stayed longer. The villa was pristine and had lovely furniture inside and out. Beds were very comfort and each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. The pool was beautiful, perfect temperature for a hot august day and cleaned and maintained everyday during our stay. It was so peaceful and a beautiful location backing on to the golf course and only a short walk to the hotel for an evening drink or meal. Would highly recommend and suited our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler very well. Would gladly visit again

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the future. Not all the beds were as comfortable as the ones in the main room, but apart from that we had a great Christmas time and the surroundings are as beautiful as it gets.

We felt at home and had a nice time at Jose's. We were very warmly welcomed and received many recommendations for activities. The area is beautiful and a must for nature lovers. There are many beautiful hiking trails and it is 15 minutes from various beaches, Cádiz is also only 45 minutes away by car. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, located within a gated golf course precinct, and although we don’t play golf we were surprised that we saw more rabbits than golfers! The precinct was very quiet, with many of the villas not occupied, meaning that most days we had the large pool area to ourselves. Guillermo was a friendly and responsive host, ensuring that we were comfortable & that everything was ok.
