Charming studio between the pine woods and the sea

This charming independent studio with pool is situated between the pine woods and the beach, opposite the natural park. Facilities include air-conditioning, integrated, fitted kitchen and bathroom. A front patio for the exclusive use of guests to the studio is equiped with table and chairs, a barbecue, a hammock for unwinding and direct access to the pool which is shared with the main house. The grounds include private parking for one vehicle and a large garden with fruit trees.

Outside you will find various seating areas, depending on your need for sun or shade.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and ideal accommodation, with everything you need to enjoy a few days of relaxation. It is the guest house of a villa totally independent of the main house. There is no common passage or areas to share with the main house. The garage is exclusively for guests as well as the areas shown in the photos. It's 8 minutes from the beach (Las Redes, El Buzo...) by car. Very close to Vistahermosa Mall. Also with supermarkets around.

The Sinlei Nest Cabin

A detached cabin located on our plot on Playa de los Alemanes, surrounded by pine and palm trees and overlooking the sea, decorated with great care. If you're looking for beach and tranquility, this is your place. We are a 4-minute walk from Playa de los Alemanes and 20 minutes from Cañuelo, two of the most beautiful beaches in Andalusia. The beautiful village of Zahara de los Atunes is 5 km from the house. The cabin has a kitchen and separate bathroom.

Flat - Sotogrande

2-bedroom flat with double beds. It includes an open kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofas, 1 of which converts into a double bed, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine, dryer and toilet. Guests have access to a separate private terrace with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, sun loungers and a tennis table. They also have access to the villa's swimming pool and jacuzzi (optional extra).
