Holiday rentals with a pool in La Janda

We really enjoyed our time in your house. Everything was perfect, the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the big amount of bathtowels. The garden & pool were fantastic, we wish we could stay longer. Thank you for everything.

It was our 2nd stay at Achim's. We loved our first 4-week stay last year so we were sure we wanted to go back this year. The tranquility of the place, the spectacular view from the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the new hot tub and the comfort of the small house seduced us again. We spent 5 weeks there and we didn't want to leave. Whether for a long or short stay and if you are looking for tranquility like us, it is the perfect place. 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Conil for shopping, less than 15 minutes to explore Vejer. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of goats and birds after a day of exploration. Achim is very responsive and makes sure everything is perfect and Miguel the gardener comes twice a week to make sure everything is spotless. We'll definitely go back. It feels like home:)

We spent 3 nights at the very cozy and nice house of José Luis. Everything was exactly as described and the terrace with pool was wonderful to enjoy the tranquil evenings. José Luis is a great host and he recommended a few really good restaurants (our favorite was „Show de Tapas“) and some nice places to visit (Conil, Jerez, Vejer). Muchas Gracias!

The place is just a dream come true! You have the impression that you are in front of a photo wallpaper, as the view is simply surreal. The accommodation is super equipped and lacks nothing. The bathroom is great, the bed comfortable and the terrace just invites you to linger! Contact with Maria Isabel works absolutely smoothly and she responds to any questions or requests! All in all - an absolute recommendation!

The house, the swimming pool, the more than complete kitchen and the location exceeded expectations. Despite not being the cheapest location in Andalusia, this was more than worth it. Walking to the beach or a restaurant around the corner, but also the important places were at a relatively short distance: Cádiz as a special city with its own Gulf of Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera with its sherry, horses and, if you're lucky, the feria de Jerez But also Tarifa, the place to be, if you are a water sports enthusiast with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Everything at your fingertips. Communicating with Aafke was very pleasant and friendly. Lots of tips and always answers to questions we had. In short: fantastic! I would recommend this place, this house to everyone. We were with four adults but children will also have a good time here!

Thanks a lot Emma & Michael. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful. The property and surroundings were stunning. Lovely and peaceful. Very helpful and welcoming hosts - they offered local recommendations and were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

It’s hard to put the beauty of this place in to words. The view is outstanding, the peaceful surroundings add to the feeling of total seclusion. The living space is light and perfect for two, or plus children. The added touch of a home cinema really made it for us as we tend to explore in the day and hole up during the evening. And I should mention the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. I soooo want one at home. 5* probably isn’t enough. Ryan and Emelia are friendly and helpful. Miguel is brilliant and always happy to help if asked. Don’t forget to ask Miguel if you can help feed the horses and donkeys.

Some places don’t just shelter you - they unfold you. This house is one of those rare corners of the world that presses pause on the pace of life and hands you a dog-eared poetry book instead. Here, mornings don’t begin with a to-do list, but with a rooster’s proclamation that the day has arrived. You stretch, wander to the window, and are rewarded with a view so composed it could be mistaken for an oil painting - if oil paintings came with a background chorus of donkeys, sheep, and frogs hosting jam sessions. The house itself is an ode to the eclectic: full of inspiring, thoughtful details and references to literature, art, and music. And then there’s the pool: beautiful, quiet, inviting. You’ll want to read beside it without checking the time - or slip in after dark, under the stars, when the world feels wonderfully far away. If you like a house surrounded by nature, you’ll feel right at home here. For us, it was a 10 out of 10.

If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, i would, it's a textbook example of exemplary hosting, fantastic value for money and going above and beyond for the guest, the place is situated in Patria which is a friendly little neighbourhood, lots of fresh air and scenic views reaching beyond the coast, the house has all the of what you would need, the garden is well-kept and sizeable with fruit trees, your own large pool available year round (even in winter!) Getting yourself a mode of transport to explore the area is best, you could walk down hill into La Muela about 30 mins its a good bit of exercise, it has a couple of bars there, two little shops, one of them Autoservicio La Muela open until 9pm most days, the nearest buses run from Vejer and Conil. I enjoyed my stay there and the entire family was a joy to meet, hospitable, flexible and kind, thank you to Pepi and Jose for a fantastic stay (they have cute, friendly dog named Dana partially blind, say hello from me if you see her)

Alberto's house seemed great,very clean,with all the necessary cooking utensils,I have even products for cleaning and washing. Alberto was looking out for us so that we didn't lack anything and help us with whatever we needed. The house is located in a quiet place, just 5 minutes from the Fontanilla silver and about 20' walk to the center of Conil.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect little place for some time to relax by the sea. Great location super close to a number of beautiful beaches. Santi and Ana could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend.

Location, Location, Location! Natalia’s studio is close to EVERYTHING. Natalia herself is so kind, so responsive. The studio was spotless clean, modernized and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with Jenneke and René. The apartment was extremely clean and included everything we needed. The terrace was a dream - equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, hammock and lounge. There was also a great pool in the garden which was cleaned daily. The accommodation is a bit outside, which we found very pleasant. Nevertheless, you can get to the beach very quickly. Jenneke and René are extremely pleasant hosts and we felt very very comfortable. Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back.

Lola and her husband are great hosts, the apartment corresponded with how it was described, everything was very clean, practical things were provided in the apartment (e.g. Towels for the swimming pool). Lola also provided us with a lot of information for things to do in the area, thanks!

Perfect apartment with 2 quiet bedrooms & the lounge-kitchen a good size with lovely terrace directly facing the sea but across an inner garden so not right next to the beach boardwalk , making it very relaxing… Great communication from Antonia

Amazing views and lovely home! Perfect for a group trip

House with everything you need for a holiday. The pool is spacious, as is the plot surrounded by manicured lawn. Large barbecue next to the pool, which has a toilet and toilet that is not indicated in the description of the house but is very useful for not entering the house wet. The upstairs room has 4 beds and air conditioning, while the room downstairs has two beds without air conditioning. The TV is new with a Netflix account that can be used. The only thing is that the button on the coffee maker was broken and made contact with a knife, there was still an Italian one to be able to make coffee as well. The entrance from the road to the dirt road that leads to the house is a bit poorly signposted, but with GPS and a couple of times the road, the only issue is the same driveway. Hello I would like to stay at the villa LAS GRANADILLAS from August 17 to 24, we were welcomed by Manuel who made us feel comfortable directly. The welcome was perfect , we had a little problem the next day with the wifi, we contacted manual and it was direct and efficient . The place where the villa is located and very quiet, it feels safe, the neighborhood and calm and the view and beautiful. The equipment was present and functional apart from the microwave that was not working, each room had its air conditioning which is perfect during the heat. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, even some consumables like dish soap , dishwasher tablet, washing machine products. Only thing to improve is the presence of a small ant in the TV lounge area and in the small terrace but nothing very bad. We were delighted with the small welcome gift We were delighted with our stay Thanks again to the hospitality manual and for their professionalism. It was an enjoyable stay .

Villa Morris was a beautiful home and the decor and outdoor area is stunning. Plenty of space for 11 adults and beds were really comfortable. The view from the villa are stunning and there are plenty of options for outdoor seating whether you want the sun or shade. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others :-)

Very complete property, the owner is a lovely, very attentive, for whatever you need. The house is very well-kept just like in the photos, we went with our pet and we had no problems. The house is in the countryside, it is super quiet, you only hear animal noises (birds, roosters...) the village is 10 minutes away by car, you have beach, supermarkets, pharmacies... of everything. You can put the car on the plot.

Henrik was a responsive host.its a lovely apartment with good views. The kids really enjoyed the apartment pool. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Good walks to the left or right of the complex. It is slightly remote and not within walking distance of a supermarket however we had a car so not an issue.40 minute walk to estepona town. The kempinsky or plata beach restaurant are a minute or 2 away with good food and service. Recommend for families that have a car rental. The kids were sorry to leave
