Waterfront holiday rentals in La Franqui

Florent's accommodation was perfect for our stay with 3 children. It was clean, tidy... great sea view from the bedroom and living room. Simple, effective... go there without risk thank you to Florent who was responsive.

The accommodation was great. I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday flat. We really had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. In general, the flat was very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

The listing is as described and in a good location. Christophe is a very responsive host and these instructions were clear. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and well-equipped. It's a very good value for the money, I recommend it!

A really good experience. Small accommodation close to the sea, with all the necessary amenities. Cyril is also responsive and does not hesitate to recommend good little restaurants nearby!

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Amazing view and walkable to lots of things. The hosts were super responsive. Lots of instructions about access…but note car access is at the back of the building not the front where Google maps takes you! Once we’d found that it was really clear! Would highly recommend 😃

We had a great time in Avignon! We were very well received by Blandine who took the time to explain everything to us and give us some recommendations! Thank you for the welcome gift that allowed us to have an aperitif on the terrace 😉 The apartment is really well located, what a beautiful view from the entrance to the shower! The apartment is decorated with great taste, it's very appreciable! The cleanliness is impeccable, we felt very very good. Thank you for being so considerate of your guests! If we have the opportunity to come back, it would be with great pleasure! I recommend this accommodation, you can go there with your eyes closed!

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

We spent very nice days at Emmanuelle's house. Emmanuelle welcomed us kindly and also had many tips and recommendations for our vacation days. The little cottage is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, you can reach many excursion destinations quickly and easily. If you don't want to go on an excursion, the spacious terrace invites you to chill out. I can fully recommend Emmanuelle. Dear Emmanuelle, thank you very much for your friendly and uncomplicated manner. We felt very comfortable.

Small haven of peace in Leucate! For a weekend we are on vacation, ☀️ very well located and close to many activities I recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The air conditioning was a comfort in view of the high temperatures. Shops are nearby and easily accessible. I recommend it!

Very nice little house with direct access to Grazel beach. The house is very well thought out and very well organized. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Géraldine is very welcoming, responsive and smiling. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!

Small cottage, everything available, clean and super located to the beach and for shopping! Very relaxing area.

An excellent stay from Monday to Friday, in a very nice apartment, well-equipped and with a sea view that we never tired of looking at... The residence is very quiet. Laurie provides all the information for parking access and responds quickly to any questions you may have. Laurie and Jordan even gave us their cell phone numbers to reach them in case of any problems. We didn't need it but it's reassuring. Finally, we were delighted with this rental and recommend it.

One-night stay for professional reasons. Very well located apartment, easy to access. More spacious than in the photos. And the sea view from the bed with the magnificent sunrise was incredible! Aniela was very responsive following a request for information. For my regular travel needs, I place this accommodation in my top 3.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Away from the main centre of the town, but easily walkable to many eating places. We enjoyed Mas Larrieu, and our meal at Le Salamandre in Sorede was superb.
