This is a cozy and charming apartment that is located just a three-minute walk from the beach. It has a fantastic terrace with a side ocean view. The kitchen is fully furnished. The apartment has two bedrooms (air conditioning in all) and a spacious living room (with air conditioning) decorated with Arab and Andalusian touches. It is an incredible and unique place to rest and enjoy the charm of the Cadiz coast.

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. It is very quiet and just some walking minutes away from a beautiful beach. Carmen and her family are so friendly. It was easy to communicate and they were very helpful.

The place is perfect. It's wonderful to arrive in Conil and have a place to leave the car. The house is equipped with everything of high quality and has a pool and sea views from the attic terrace. Maybe it lacks some details such as a dish drainer, tiles in the bathroom, as well as coat racks and mirrors in the rooms... Great stay

Spectacular accommodation! If it's already beautiful in photos, in person it's a wonderful house, 100% recommended if you're looking for tranquility and privacy. All the possible amenities, everything very spacious and very comfortable. Definitely to repeat the experience, and only 5 minutes by car from Conil. The best accommodation I've ever had. A solid good time at Rafa’s. There was a small issue whereby he required workmen to come over and I had broken a door handle by falling over a step and grabbing hold of it, but communication was always clear and affable. I would rent from Rafa again.
