The accommodation also has character and offers many advantages, such as the proximity to the beach Plage du Monaco, the protected parking in the courtyard and the cozy terrace and garden with barbecue facilities. We felt very comfortable here!

I had an absolutely perfect week in this home. Everything was together for a pleasant stay: the apartment is very clean, quiet, perfectly located for resting, and the bedding is really high quality. But what makes the experience truly exceptional is the hostess. She is incredibly kind, caring, available and of rare kindness. Really, a great person who makes you want to come back just to see her again! Thank you again for everything, I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by JJ and Christine. It is a high-quality Airbnb with all the amenities and products available (one of Maison, basic necessities, etc.) The outdoor environment with the swimming pool, gardens, petanque court and sea view is an idyllic setting to rest for a few days with family and lovers. Lovely beachfront place with an amazing view straight out of the living room. It was clean and well furnished and we felt great there. Even though we stayed only one night, we made sure to get up early for a walk around the beach and to experience the markets there, and it was great. The evening nightlife wasn't exactly our vibe but I'm sure loads of other people would enjoy it, and we didn't have any problems at all with noise despite the lively restaurants below. Overall, an amazing place which was well worth the money.

It is a very nice, very tastefully furnished apartment. The completely fenced courtyard was great for our dog and very cozy. Although the apartment is located on a busy street and in an apartment building, it was very quiet. Inventory and cleanliness were perfect and David was a very nice host! We felt very comfortable! We can only recommend it!!

Perfect! Beautiful location right next to the sea. Loved sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Shops, restaurants and a gorgeous bakery within a short walk. Easy bus service in to the lovely old town with a stop right outside. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

The accommodation offered by Marc corresponds exactly to the description. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not negligible. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Var.

We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.
