Everything was perfect! Really an amazing house! Any questions we had, Jonathan and his team were on the lookout! Everything is very clean and as shown in the photos! It was my bachelorette party, there were many of us and the truth is the house was amazing! 100% recommended🌊🤩

Awesome house on the beach! The location is impeccable - quiet at the end of the San Pancho beach, but easy to walk or drive into town. The house was very traditional, but updated and comfortable - a good mix of modern ammenities and classic Mexican design. The pool was great and a nice area to relax. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was good. Wifi was reliable. An excellent choice for any small group.

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

The house is very nice and nice. The only thing I don't quite understand. because I have rented on other occasions in Mexicali, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel It is an extra deposit of $400.00 Good thing he canceled it in the end. But the house exceeds expectations Thank you very much for your hospitality

Excellent, we love San Pacho and where our pets are always welcome🐶❤️!! The house has everything you need, the pool has a timer so the water is heated which makes the stay very pleasant😊, As constructive criticism it lacks a bit of maintenance and cleaning to the kitchen furniture as is a refrigerator and stove as well as the green areas pruning and leafy leaves. I would also add a little more privacy with the next door neighbor, maybe put some shady mesh. Steve was always on the lookout for us we would definitely come back !

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Just a beautiful place to stay. The last time my husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta, we stayed in a hotel, which was more expensive and honestly, chaotic and crowded. Staying at Alexander's place was the opposite - peaceful, full kitchen, beautiful rooftop pool, and the location could not be better. 10/10 would stay again. The apartment was gorgeous.

This condo is so cute and colourful. The cobblestone streets have lots of little restaurants, taco stands in the evening and variety stores. There is one right across the street and it had everything you need and they will get you things if you ask. They even had wine! The bed in the condo is super comfortable for an amazing sleep every night. The AC unit works perfectly and when you shut it off, leave and come back it’s still cool. We took advantage of the roof top pool on several occasions and it was wonderful! We took cabs or Ubers to surrounding restaurants, Casita and Garden Restaurant was delightful! Sake and wine tastings along with delicious food. The Happy Lobster is yummy and it’s right next door. If you love tacos and all a few blocks to Kosta Tacos! Best tacos I have ever had! If you’re on the Malecon try Pipi’s restaurant if you like Mexican food. We would recommend the Rhythm of the Night show. The owners allowed us to have a late check out! So happy with our stay!

Our stay at Casa Hill in Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of exceptional. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous—worth every single penny. Waking up to the view and watching the sunsets from our private balcony felt like something out of a dream. The infinity pool makes you feel like you’re floating above the city and merging with the ocean. Casa Hill at Soho PV is perfectly located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. It was an easy walk to all the great restaurants, bars, the Malecón, bus stops, and even beach access points. We typically visit Puerto Vallarta once a year, and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in the heart of PVR. We would absolutely come back again. The gym was another highlight—fully equipped with brand-new machines and equipment. As active travelers, we were genuinely impressed—it exceeded our expectations. A very nice place to spend quiet days with the family, it has a very nice terrace, lots of kitchen utensils, hot water. The place seemed very safe to me. Mrs. Crucita was always very helpful and kind.

Quiet and pleasant stay. Sergio was always kind and attentive and as for the facilities I have to say that they match perfect with the description and that they are very nice. It was a plus to be able to take our 3 dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.
