Excelente lugar. La host en todo momento súper amable, y muy atenta. La casa tiene bonitas vibras, muy grande y el fraccionamiento hermoso. Sin duda será el lugar donde siempre volveremos para nuestras siguientes vacaciones 🫶🏻

Todo excelente, el airbnb es bonito, grande y cómodo, perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones con amigos o familia. Fueron muy serviciales y amables al momento del check in y check out, siempre hubo buena comunicación y estuvieron atentos a lo que necesitáramos! Lo recomendamos!

Awesome house on the beach! The location is impeccable - quiet at the end of the San Pancho beach, but easy to walk or drive into town. The house was very traditional, but updated and comfortable - a good mix of modern ammenities and classic Mexican design. The pool was great and a nice area to relax. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was good. Wifi was reliable. An excellent choice for any small group.

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

La casa es muy bonita y agradable. Lo único que no entiendo bien. por qué ya alquilado en otras ocasiones en Mexicali,playa del Carmen,Cozumel Es un depósito extra por $400.00 dls Que bueno al final lo canceló Pero la casa supera las espectativas Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad

Excelente, nos encanta San Pacho y donde siempre sean bienvenidas nuestras mascotas 🐶❤️!! La casa tiene todo lo necesario, la alberca tiene timer por lo que está climatizada el agua lo cual hace muy agradable la estancia 😊, Como crítica constructiva le falta un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza al mobiliario de cocina como lo son refrigerador y estufa así como las áreas verdes poda y hojarascas. También agregaría tener un poco más de privacidad con el vecino de al lado, quizá poner alguna malla sombra. Steve estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros sin duda volveríamos !

We spent a delightful 3 months in this beautiful condo! It is bright, with beautiful views of the golf course, mountains and surrounding area. It is well located to grocery shopping, restaurants, hair and beauty salons, etc. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and caring.

Just a beautiful place to stay. The last time my husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta, we stayed in a hotel, which was more expensive and honestly, chaotic and crowded. Staying at Alexander's place was the opposite - peaceful, full kitchen, beautiful rooftop pool, and the location could not be better. 10/10 would stay again. The apartment was gorgeous.

Anytime I required assistance, the response was swift and efficient, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I will be looking to stay at your place again the next time I visit the area.

El lugar es exactamente como viene en las fotos, muy privado. Se disfruta mucho las vistas del roof top, y el personal del condominio es muy amable

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

Un lugar muy agradable para pasar días tranquilos conla familia, tiene una terraza muy bonita, muchos utensilios de cocina, agua caliente. El lugar me pareció muy seguro. La Señora Crucita fue siempre muy atenta y amable.

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

Recomiendo muchísimo esta estancia, el lugar está más bonito que en las fotos, súper limpio y los dueños muy atentos y amables, es un encanto, la zona muy tranquila y cerca del pueblo.

Todo muy bien, muy cerca de la plaza principal, la vista hermosa. Vale la pena

Excelente lugar en medio de la montaña, para mi los 3 factores mas importantes son seguridad, limpieza y cama comoda. La cama king size es definitivamente muy comoda, el cuarto estaba muy limpio y la zona es segura, lamentablemente no hay forma de cerrar la puerta principal con llave, sin embargo la zona es segura. Enfrente del cuarto hay un rio que de arrulla durante la noche para dormir, quizas la cocina es al aire libre lo que al menos en nuestro caso fue un plus ademas de que hay un asador bastante practico. De lo malo es que se puede filtrar facilmente el ruido del cuarto de arriba.

Súper bonito, relajante y sobre todo con una vista maravillosa, Ixchel es una súper buena anfitriona, lo recomiendo muchísimo, y no desaprovechen el pasar a comerse unos churros con un chocolate, de verdad súper recomendado, espero regresar pronto.☺️🫶🏼

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

My stay at this property was truly exceptional. Upon my arrival, I immediately felt at ease. The serene atmosphere provided a sense of tranquility, allowing me to enjoy the beach in solitude. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
