Apartment holiday rentals in La Crosse

The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. There was an apartment downstairs but I don’t believe anyone was staying there….so no noise from downstairs apartment. I would recommend a car for traveling to restaurants and other activities. It wasn’t really walkable to much. We went to a family wedding and stayed for 3 nights so it was great for what we needed. Would’ve been nice to have a second bathroom but we managed and it was just fine. Lots of closet space for clothes and kitchen had everything we needed. The steps up to the second floor were narrow and steep! Overall it was a nice clean place to stay!

Was a great place to stay. Close to anything you wanted. Riverfront, bakeries and eateries. Was there for my daughter’s graduation and didn’t have to drive. Would recommend ! Only drawback is it’s a walk up no elevator. But that was okay.

We had the most wonderful anniversary getaway at Hattie’s Place! Nestled in the quiet charm of Rollingstone, this spot was the perfect escape. The town itself is peaceful and picturesque—a hidden gem that feels like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. Debra thought of absolutely everything when decorating and stocking Hattie’s Place. From the cozy, thoughtfully curated decor to the fully equipped kitchen and little extras throughout the home, it was clear she put great care into making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. What made the experience even better was Debra’s communication. She was incredibly responsive and offered personalized recommendations that made our visit feel all the more special. We would highly recommend Hattie’s Place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway—and we would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay, I was in the area to do some fly-fishing and it suited my needs well. Nice town, great visit to the Driftless!

Logan was a wonderful host, very responsive. I didn’t realize prior to arrival that the unit was only one section of the house and our unit was in the back of the house, but we still had some views of the water and it was peaceful. Appreciate Logan allowing us flexibility for our arrival and departure times- it really allowed us to maximize our time! We were also able to see the rest of the house and it is beautiful! Likely will be back with more family.

Location, location, location. Quick, easy walk to the Mississippi River's edge and to Slippery's, a nice place to eat right on the river.

Perfect little apartment for our one night stay! Clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Josh responded quickly to any questions we had. Although, we didn’t need any; we did notice a little basket of items that travelers often forget, such as tooth brushes. Such amenities mean a lot. Should we have reason to be back in Viroqua, would definitely stay at Polyshades again!

An architectural delight. This awesome old building was recently converted into modern living spaces. Very comfortable and clean. Walkable neighborhood, right in the middle of everything. Host was very responsive and friendly. One thing to note is that the building is right next to a bar. This can cause some late night noise on the weekends. Random shouting and whooping it up occurred until about 1 AM. Check out Muddled Thyme for their delicious brickoven pizza! Highly recommend the local Shakespeare festival as well. Phenomenal quality shows. Not what one might expect from a small town in the middle of Minnesota.

You’re not going to find a better AirBnB in La Crosse. BEAUTIFUL neighborhood filled with shade trees, families out for a walk, birds singing, and close to anything you need. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning in the future. Thanks Marty!

We were in Lake City for the Tour De Pepin. This Air B&B was about a block or two away from the starting line. It was so convenient being that close to everything! We were also able to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the shores of Lake Pepin. The Air B&B had everything we needed and check in instructions were clear. The host responds promptly. Lots of stairs up to the apartment and no on site overnight parking. The overnight parking, however, was easy and just about a block away. We had no problems parking and the host provided very clear instructions where to park. We recommend this Air B&B. It has everything you will need and is very nicely decorated.

Brooke's place is a gem in Lanesboro. Just a few blocks from the main part of downtown, you get two bedrooms a kitchen and and a washer/dryer. Very clean and comfortable. A huge value. My son and I walked to the main strip downtown several times. We also biked from Brooke's house a few blocks to the Root River Trail. Everything that Lanesboro has to offer -- just outside your door!

Great weekend stay here, comfortable place and the best bed I've slept in. Well-located to the main part of the city, but still felt private and residential with lots of greenery.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kimberly's place. It was very comfortable and cozy with space to feel at home. Kimberly was very friendly and helpful. A very gracious host. I would stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderfully quiet stay. I booked this the day of my arrival. Booking was quick and easy. Gaining access was even easier. The apartment is above a garage and private. The wifi was good. I was able to conduct zoom meetings without a glitch. There’s not too much in the immediate area, but Prairie du Chien and McGregor are a short drive away.

Words cannot describe how much I loved I staying here. I stayed here for the weekend of my birthday. The place is exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and hot tub. Carrie was such a caring and sweet host. She made sure that our needs were met. I would definitely come back :)

My husband and I stayed here over our wedding weekend and we were impressed with our stay! It is an absolute gem and we will recommend this place to everyone. We loved that the owner put in a lot of thought when it came to their guests, the bathroom cabinet was stocked with many things in case you missed anything in your travel bags! Overall the place is very cozy, well organized and clean!
