Apartment holiday rentals in La Condesa

The place was a perfect size for my husband and me. The living and sleeping space was comfortable. Many fans available in the home and a compact AC for hot days. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and were amazed at how close we were to many restaurants we wanted to try. Great location for Uber pick up as well. They also helped us out with a later check out. Thank you so much!We’d definitely stay again.

The apartment is spacious and there a lots of restaurants, cafes and a pharmacy within walking distance. The parking for our car was secure. The check in was smooth and so was check out. The host is super friendly.

I honestly cannot tell you many times I have stayed with Alejandra. This, and their other apartments are always the first place I check for availability when in CDMX. Great host, excellent apartment, amazing view, and perfect location.

Perfect location within Roma Norte, easily walkable to wider Roma and Condesa. Super quiet place which was appreciated as we could escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The shower is a little tired and it was a little tricky to maintain the temperature. But this didn't effect our stay. Ian was a great host and kindly let us keep our bags at his place for the day as we had a late flight, this was really appreciated :)

Susana’s place was fantastic & she a fantastic host. She was super communicative throughout our stay & allowed us to check out late since our flight was later in the evening. The neighborhood was extremely walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. The bed was super comfortable & we got the best sleep! Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

LOVED staying at here! Very nice neighborhood, super walkable, great cafes/bars/restaurants in the area. Solana was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book in the future!

Alejandra was very quick to answer our doubts. The beautiful view, we could go to all places walking, our flight went out late and we were taken care of our bags after checkout. It had all the amenities described.

Sylvia's unit was very comfortable to stay for a week. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and the metro easily accessible. Two good coffee shops, Cafe Bruna just underneath the unit (open at 7am) and Chiquitito (open at 7:30am), which has the better coffee IMO. I was attending the International House Spanish school at the other end of the block, so that Sylvia's place was super convenient.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

10/10. This AirBnB is in a great location. Hugo was great at responding to anything we needed and making sure we had it.

This Airbnb is beautiful. It has everything you need, the safety of a 24h doorman and is in an ideal location. I will note that there is no AC, but there is a fan and lots of breeze so we were fine, and it’s on the 4th floor. Also, an early check-in requires an additional fee. Clau and team were helpful and responsive.

Great stay. Exactly what you need to eat, drink, and explore your way through a beautiful city.

Daniel and Mara's apartment in Condesa was a dream! The location is perfect, on a quiet, leafy boulevard, walkable to so many interesting places (Roma Norte, Chapultepec Park, Av. de la Reforma, Juarez, etc). It is also a short walk to a subway station (Chapultepec) for locations further afield. The neighborhood is extremely safe, and we felt comfortable walking at all hours. Condesa and neighboring Roma Norte have more amazing parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores than you can count. We loved the whole vibe. The apartment is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We stayed 6 nights, and this was a perfect home away from home. Our hosts were attentive to every detail and welcomed us to their nearby restaurant (Maleza) when we arrived earlier than planned. (It was delicious, and we returned several times). The two doormen, Jorge and Julio, were gracious and helpful, and spoke good English, which was good for us and our poor Spanish! We will definitely be back!

It exceeds expectations, it is even better than in the photos and Jose is always available for any questions. The staff are very friendly and understanding when it comes to storing luggage. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City 💓

Great place and excellent host!

This place is so adorable! Their housekeeper Kevin was so kind and he even helped us do laundry! The building is an older building with gorgeous wood flooring. Super easy to get into and in a great location. This place is perfect for a couple and it has a gorgeous bathroom with a beautiful shower and soaking tub. The windows are so nice and allow a lot of natural light in but have black out shades for a nice dark sleep. I highly recommend this place. So many great restaurants near by and the host took care of us when we decided to stay an extra day. They treated us so nicely and even sent extra towels promptly.

I would return again, very comfortable to stay. 10/10. Very clean. We had a power outage and an error with the code to open the door, and they fixed it very quickly! Highly recommended to stay here. Regards! Quick access to an Oxxo that is on the corner of the other block and in front of the plaza antara.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.
