Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Julien. La piscine chauffée est un luxe très appréciable. Toute la famille a été très réactive pour répondre à nos besoins pendant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup !!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, Panoramablick, ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns vor und während des Aufenthalts viele gute Tipps und Informationen gegeben hat. La Bouverie und die Umgebung haben uns gut gefallen.

Claire’s Villa is lovely, peaceful and really well equipped. We felt right at home. The master bedroom bed was soo comfortable (the other bed also looked comfy but we didn’t use it!) We stayed in November so obviously didn’t use the pool but we were still able to sit on the veranda to have coffee in the sunshine and even had a morning of sunbathing in the pretty terraced garden As many others have said, the walk into St Paul was not for the faint hearted but once you get to know the bends in the road and which side to walk on it’s ok, but it’s just short of 900m each way so maybe not for everyone. Comfy sofa and Netflix was perfect for after dinner lounging! Thank you Claire!

Perfect play to stay on Cote d’Azur. The villa was just as described with good privacy on the property, plenty of room for a bigger group, a lovely pool area and superb views. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the terrace overlooking the Beaulieu bay. Would definitely book again. Our host was responsive and friendly.

Perfect verblijf voor 6 personen en honden. Dicht bij Nice/Monaco/Cannes/Grasse/Valbonne. Host reageerde snel op kleine klachten. Parasol en stofzuiger was kapot, volgende dag nieuwe gebracht! Goede service en vriendelijk. Heerlijke tuin en zwembad. Airco was ook erg welkom met hoge temperaturen tijdens ons verblijf!

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Manon was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived Manon greeted us with fresh pastries, fruit and wine, and gave us loads of information and recommendations for the area. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious and clean, and the decor and artwork were incredible. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, and even things we didn't know we needed! I would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful villa😊 Thanks Manon!

Stunning home nestled in a peaceful area with great view of the surrounding mountains. My family stayed here for 5 nights, and loved every minute. The pool was lovely and clean and the house and garden well kept. It was hot when we stayed so was extremely grateful for the AC which was throughout the house. Nice clean linen and towels, plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Juliana was super helpful and always responded quickly. A truly wonderful host! Would recommend this place to others looking for a peaceful retreat, with plenty of space to relax. Some great little shops and a lovely bakery not far from the villa however would recommend having a car as not really walking distance.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Wir haben zu viert eine grossartige Woche in Louis Unterkunft verbracht. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Joss herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos! Es ist alles sehr sauber, sogar der „Pool-Boy“ kam einmal vorbei. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Louis ist sehr angenehm. Louis nimmt sich Sonderwünschen an und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Die extrem kurze Reaktionszeit von teilweise nur wenigen Minuten habe ich sehr geschätzt! Man fühlt sich super aufgehoben und kann die Ferien einfach nur geniessen:-). Ich würde nichts ändern wollen, es waren fantastische Ferien. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! DANKE!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Stephanie was a wonderful host. The house was perfect in beautiful surroundings. Very modern and it had absolutely everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby including a high chair and multiple baby baths to choose from. This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

Dorina's place was a perfect stay for our family while we visited Monaco. It looked exactly like the pictures posted, and was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and outdoor areas, and the VIEW! Careful with delivery services and Uber, as the address listed does not come to the gate, only the end of the driveway (we learned that the hard way, but thankfully had a great Uber driver). Dorina was responsive and helpful at all times, even came to fix a few things that weren't working quite right after we arrived.

we hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het mooie huis van Jean-Pierre. Een mooi authentiek gebouw, met goed geïsoleerde ramen en airco's op twee van de vier slaapkamers. De andere kamers hadden ventilatoren. Een mooi groot zwembad waar we ons prima in hebben vermaakt. Er was een mooie overkapping waar je heerlijk onder kon zitten. De keuken was wat gedateerd, maar dat past perfect bij het huis en het was van alle gemakken voorzien met twee grote koelkasten met vriescombinatie, een afwasmachine, magnetron en inductie kookplaat. De master-bedroom en badkamer waren mooi gerenoveerd, met zeer royale douche. Al met al een aanrader!
