Holiday rentals with an EV charger in La Colle-sur-Loup

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment! Sandrine was a wonderful host and gave us helpful tips for the area. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores are within walking distance.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

This place is excellent. Was here for a week (for work) and it was very close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and la Croisette (~15 minutes). The hosts are incredibly responsive and share lots of clear instructions. The place was clean, very well decorated and an all around lovely space. Hope to rebook for next year! Stunning home in an incredible town. Great launching pad for stellar hiking. My wife and I really enjoyed the home. Some notable features are the stocked kitchen, tasteful art/decor, and pool. Thanks to Walter for hosting.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We had a lovely stay. Pascale was a great host. Very kind and helpful The villa was outstanding and better than I expected. I fell in love with it. It has everything you need. The pool was heated too. Tipi the cat was great company too. Biot was a lovely small town with lots happening and lots of places to eat We would definitely return. Note:Quite a few steps as on different levels for anyone with limited mobility

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

Superb accommodation, the hosts are as superb as the apartment. Very nice, very accommodating. The apartment's equipment is just great. A parking space has been made available to us, if you come by sports car you have plenty of space, plus it is very secure. I've never had such a great experience with Airbnb. The Fabron apartment is a high standard apartment, squeaky clean, spacious and sooo comfy. Irina is a wonderful host and went out of her way to meet us even though we were delayed checking in. We cannot say e enough about the neighboring building/garden views next to the apartment. We enjoyed taking walks and learning the history of the Archives building and gardens (free tours are available). While the apartment is a bit uphill, it is convenient to the beach, shops, the amazing FLOR patisserie and tram stop. We highly recommend Irina’s apartment and would stay there again.
