Lovely, comfortable house in quiet and safe place. Carefully decorated. The house was designed for confort, it was built for my family not for rent that makes the diference. The kitchen in the house is very well equipped. We frequently renew pots, pans, cutlery and others so that they are always in optimal condition.

Really lovely place and responsive hosts! It's close to the beach and town, but also a nice play to relax with the pool and very spacious yard. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals and snacks. There are two staff who are around during the day who were very kind and were able to help us find things or refill items for the house when they ran out. It looks like the owners are also working on further improvements to the property like adding a rooftop terrace. Overall, it's a great place for a group and we'd definitely come back.

We recommend this home. It is not fancy, but it is clean and just as described. The pool was well maintained and the walk to the beach was short and easy. The caretaker responded quickly to any needs that we had. We had a great week!

The stay was incredible Luis is an excellent host, the facilities match the photographs, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy it is the one, since it is a very calm sector and with wide privacy, the nature that surrounds the house allowed us to see different species of birds both day and night. We will definitely be back soon!

The house has a very good location, its rooms are comfortable, practical, fresh, it is a very quiet and safe place to enjoy with family and pets. And not leaving behind the view of the sea, which is truly wonderful.

we had a wonderful stay. the house has a beautiful charm and is furnished with a lot of love. the place is fantastic. the sea right outside the door and the pool is large. you could eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. the food of Lilly is fantastic. she cooked for us every day, as also the infrastructure of Monterrico does not have so much to offer in restaurants. joel has taken care of every one of our wishes. the two are great! We would not live so far away, we would be more often in the casa coricori.
