In the city center, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 M² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located near the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

49m2 apartment in the city center of Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, the fenestra park, everything is within walking distance.... There is plenty of hiking.... In winter a shuttle bus takes you to the bottom of the slopes of Mont Dore. It has a cellar to store skis,bicycles..... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer.... There is space and very bright.

We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
