Claude was very welcoming and concerned about our well-being. He also gave us some good recommendations! The accommodation is well located and allows easy access to the center of Clermont. The garage is a real plus. We'll be back without a problem.

We had everything we needed. Close to the tram, grocery, city center and more. Reservations at restaurants are a must on Friday and Saturday.

New apartment very luxurious and very nice with a spectacular view, I recommend it if they come to spend a few days with family and friends . Pretty spacious . It lacks some things like a broom collector a better mop and of course a washing machine would not be bad although 4 min away you have a laundry. A carpet in the bathroom too , they would have to change the pans there is a big one that all the food is burning there is another small one but the material is taking off and I don't think it is very healthy to cook in them . My recommendation to invest in some new pots and pans , we made eggs in a pot😂😂😂. But they are details that can be improved in the rest, very well, the owner is very responsive. Thank you for having us before the scheduled time and let us leave 1h later although in the end we did not make it another point, the comfortable beds, thank you

Good welcome , very good exchange by phone. Well located apartment 5 minutes from Place de Jaude. Very bright, clean, well arranged, quiet. Very nice apartment. On the other hand, we were not able to use the underground garage because the entrance is too steep for our vehicle (mazda sedan 3) rubbing the underbody at the entrance to the parking lot. However, it's easy to park on the street (wide street) but for a fee. Despite this, we recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, well-equipped and very clean in the heart of La Bourboule. Private parking is perfect, so no parking problems. Please note my Mégane 4 Estate fits but it can be difficult for a big SUV. 4th floor with elevator. Very clean building. Only small downside, the living room sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on.

We had a great time. Patrice is very attentive . Great apartment with beautiful lake views and it is very functional . Very family-friendly resort! Hiking, skiing , bar, restaurant, bakery, local products... We put our bags down and enjoy!

Place is as described (even bigger than expected). Fully equiped. Walking distance to downtown. There are parking places on the road side in front of the house which is quite convenient. We had a great stay here. Only small bad point, it can get a bit noisy if you open the windows of the living room as there are many cars/truck passing on the road nearby. However, once windows closed we do not hear them.

This house is amazing! Even more beautiful in real life! Impeccably clean, with quality decoration and furniture and a breathtaking view. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to major roads, it is perfect. The pool was impeccable and had a perfect temperature! My only regret: having stayed there for professional reasons and not personal, so I could enjoy it even more!! The host is pleasant, flexible and discreetly concerned with the well-being of travelers. In short: we would like to live there! Thanks for everything!!

A peaceful place in the middle of nature to recharge! Warm welcome from the master of these places, discreet presence. We appreciated the comfort of the house , the spacious rooms, all the essentials for young children. Time did not allow us to enjoy the pool .

This place is great to stay at! We had a race week-end at Circuit de Charade, the track was less than 10’ away, which was absolute comfort to come back from the hot days at the track and to jump into the pool 👌🏻 Again, many thanks Kristof & Lili for the great place!
