Apparently renovated in June 2022. Everything is new. Comfortable and convenient, it has 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with a double sofa bed and an extra heater. A toilet/library, a dressing room and a shower room. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to be autonomous for your meals. Located on the second floor without elevator access. Cave on level - 1 will allow you to store bikes or skis. Sledding available. Sancy station 10 minutes by car or shuttle. Cure is a 5-minute walk.

Great place to stay to relax in peace and disconnect! Our apartment is a 100m2 duplex, renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk from the center of Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, Casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and Alpine ski resorts of the Massif de Sancy are 10-15 min away.
