Holiday rentals with a home cinema in La Bocca, Cannes

The whole place was absolutely perfect, from the quiet location to the well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. We enjoyed the quiet location, although the city is within walking distance (~30 min). Communication, both before and during the stay, was very friendly and quick.

Beautiful, superbly equipped apartment with a fantastic terrace and wonderful views - on one side the sea, on the other the impressive red rocks of the Esterel mountains. Everything was very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The resort in Cap Esterel is very well maintained, full of flowers and offers everything you need: restaurants, small shops, bakeries, leisure activities - all within walking distance and at a fair price. The beach is very close, free parking is also available. Many beautiful places such as Cannes, Saint-Raphaël or picturesque coastal villages can be reached quickly by car. We would especially like to thank our hosts Olivier and Charles - they were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be happy to come back!

Overall, apartment was well furnished and contained excellent linens and well equipped kitchen. Balcony, although small, was a nice touch, and made us feel like we were part of the community. Locals were very friendly. Parking was free and available within 100 yards. Apartment was on the second floor, 30 step staircase to go up. A good restaurant, Auberge Provençale, is right across the street. Their slow cooked lamb dish is delicious. Good air conditioning system, which was a must in 30C temperatures during our stay in June. The whole apartment was tastefully renovated recently.

Amazing location, super clean. The balcony and the patio area are a plus. Patrick communication and tips around where to go out to eat were good! Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to meet Natalia in person when I arrived at her Antibes apartment and she was as kind and helpful in person, as she had been in our earlier communications and proved to be during my month long stay in Antibes. The apartment is lovely, spacious and well kitted out with plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery,  as well as some spices and oils, and cleaning stuff, which is always useful. The apartment is light and airy, with a small balcony and a large terrace, so you can catch the sun all day. It is also really well situated; 15 minutes walk to both bus and train stations, 10 mins walk to the sea, and a couple of minutes to the old town. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in the area. Public transport was good and I was able to get around the wider area easily. All in all for me it was the perfect base. A lovely apartment in a beautiful part of the world.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, even when things didn’t go to plan.

Perfect, clean and modern apartment with all you can need. Close to beach, grocery store and also a walk away from train station. Quiet and safe area and neighbours. Huge private terass for relaxing or eating outdoor. Helped us check in earlier and were also very fast with fixing extra bedsheets for the sofa bed. Five stars from me!

Antoine is friendly and very easy to get along with. He was very accommodating during our stay and we had access to the entire gardens as he lives above with his family who were kind and respectful of our privacy. The surrounding area is forested and it is a peaceful space to stay with all the amenities: cooking, cleaning and tv/internet. The place is gated and fenced ideal for our dog to run and explore!

The pictures do not do this house justice! It was an amazing home, and felt very luxurious. We loved it, especially the pool! Only thing I’ll say is it’s about a 25min drive to Cannes, so you may want to rent a car. We ubered everywhere though, which is definitely possible and not too expensive. The house is an amazing place though, and plenty to do on the property :)

Very good stay with our host (what's more, very friendly and always available if you need information) We were on site for 3 days of teamwork and were able to combine efficiency with the pleasure of a welcoming place with a beautiful view. We strongly recommend this peaceful and pleasant place. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Loïc and the host Helen were very responsive and friendly. Communication was fluent, personal and clear. We felt very welcome and at home. The house was exactly and more as what we expected. All was available and the garden with amazing swimming pool and petanque field made every day an enjoyable one. We are already planning to come back and recommend this place to anyone with kids and pets.

A great villa in walking distance to Valbonne where beautiful restaurants await. The property was exactly as per the photos, very clean and to have a pool was a fantastic addition. We would definitely return.

This was our second time at Fiona’s house. The entire place is coolly and tastefully decorated. I love that there is a tub! Its little nooks and crannies make it a unique and fun place to stay.

Highly recommended accommodation for groups of people. We had a great time, the house is spacious with a large garden and the host is super helpful. Beautiful experience!

Gisèle is very welcoming and available, she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants …😊 We only spent one night but the experience was good! The linen smelled good… and the beds are comfortable! Several pleasant terraces! Note that a studio for rent is also attached to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience…

The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by a small park. 7 min walk to the beach, 20 mins walk to the Cannes city center. Uber works smoothly too, in case walking is not an option. The apartment has everything one might need - from coffee machine to sun umbrellas and towels. And even slippers and bath towels, which was a very nice touch. The whole apartment is comfortable and spacious. From the balcony one can see the sea a little and the nearby house. Moreno was very extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host, nice apartment with splendid view.

A private, specious house and equipped with a nice kitchen, beautiful surroundings and close to the beach, while eating out will require a few minutes walk. supermarket right opposite the place and bus station just outside the door. overall it's a nice place for a ground of people.

We had a fantastic stay in Port Frejus - the apartment is in a great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach and supermarket, and close to the bus stop to Saint Raphael or Frejus town (if you don't have a car.) Located in a nice quiet area, but within walking distance of restaurants and bars along the main seafront if you want more action. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos - everything is clean and modern and the place is equipped with everything you need. Sonya is a very friendly host - she responds very quickly to messages if you need her, but otherwise leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday. We also appreciated the eggs, olive oil, pate and wine which formed the welcome gift. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Cote D'Azur. Thanks again Sonya :)

very clean, great location and a responsive host

Irene has an infectious passion for life and music that makes her an excellent host. She checked on us often to make sure that our needs were met and that we were enjoying our stay. The location was so convenient. I felt so at home and at ease. Would definitely rebook in the future. Very thankful that her apartment was available during our visit to Cannes.
