Gare et plage à 300 m, Marché à 400 m, avenue commerçante à 100 m, Supérette à 100 m. Pas de place de parking privative mais stationnement gratuit à 50 m. Linge fourni sur demande. 20€ pour draps et linge de toilette pour 2 personnes 1 lit, à régler en arrivant. 10€ supplémentaire pour le canapé lit

New single-story apartment, Cocooning, fully equipped with large outdoor area and brand new private heated jacuzzi. Ideally located 400 meters from the beach and the center of La Baule: Marché. Everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, bars, nightclub. 900 m from the train station. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen in the main room with 2-seater sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, ovens etc... This accommodation is non-smoking.

Great apartment right across from the beach. Close to main shopping area and market and a tonne of beach restaurants. the apartment was well appointed and had two toilets which is a bonus when one is in a bathroom. Was a little hard when we arrived as Michelle's sister let us into the apartment and didnt speak any english but we made it all work with google translate :)

Charming studio, very well located, as described! The residence is very quiet and the hosts (Matthias and Anne) are very responsive. The description didn't mention that the bed was foldable, but the space is well optimized. Charming stay!

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

We had a delicious stay in this modern apartment, very well equipped, deliciously decorated, great terrace for breakfast in the sun, 🥰the bed is incredible, very comfortable and easy to open or fold!Very clean apartment, the sea at the end of the street, what more could you ask for? Franck and his wife are lovely hosts, we will gladly come back and we thank you again.
