We had a wonderful stay at Laurence's place, the studio was the perfect size for our week exploring lake Annecy with everything we needed and such a beautiful view! Laurence was very helpful and friendly. We are definitely hoping to be back!

Very nice accommodation, spacious and very well equipped, in a peaceful, quiet and unobstructed environment, with views of nature and the mountain. Beautiful sites to visit nearby by car (Château de Montrottier, Gorges du Fier, secret gardens...), plus Annecy is about 20 km away. Françoise and her husband Michel were very welcoming and super nice. They invited us to enjoy their cherry trees. Excellent. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

My stay went very well, quiet place. The access explanations were very clear. The apartment is warm, functional and very pleasant. Teo is very responsive in his answers to my questions. I recommend it without hesitating.

Excellent stay in this accommodation located in the center of Annecy! Easy to access, the instructions were clear and the apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, you will feel at home! François was a high-quality host from start to finish, he was very responsive and communicative, also flexible on the arrival and departure schedule. We have also been able to test some of his recommendations, which are simply excellent! In short, you will not be disappointed with François and his accommodation! We will be back without hesitation! A beautiful, cozy place perfectly located between Annecy and Geneva. The view is absolutely stunning and adds to the charm of the stay.

The location of Lucie's apartment is perfect for exploring the city and lake, and proximity to all the restaurants. Plus parking in the building in the center of Old Town. Lucie was a very responsive, flexible and communicative host, and met us to orient us to the apartment. Very clean apartment and aligned with the photos on line. We'd definitely stay again.

We had an exceptional stay at Laurence and Dominique's! Very welcoming, responsive and always ready to help throughout the stay. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable, it also has all the necessary elements for your comfort. Thank you again for the welcome gift, it's very kind of you! The accommodation is close to a bus stop that will take you to the center of Annecy. The pool was amazing, the water was 30 degrees (without being heated!), perfect for swimming from morning to night. A big thank you to you for these moments of sharing and conviviality! If we have the opportunity to go back to Annecy, we will come back without hesitation, that's for sure! Thus, we 100% recommend this accommodation. Very nice apartment with a special mention for the terrace! Everything is also designed to be environmentally friendly (sorting bin, compost bucket, aromatic herbs available in planters, etc.). In addition, Nelly has always been available to answer our questions. We therefore 100% recommend this place for a family vacation!

Perfect stay! Isabelle is a friendly, attentive and very responsive host. The accommodation is very well equipped, perfectly in line with the description. The bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is very new. I really liked the environment. The horses are beautiful and the facilities are great. I chose this place especially for its location and in the end, it was a real pleasure for me to be immersed in the equestrian world! Also note a nice attention concocted by Isabelle's husband who is always a pleasure! Anyway, I recommend this listing without a second thought! Thank you Isabelle for your kind hospitality!

We had a great 3-day weekend of Joséphine's place. The house is tastefully decorated, is pleasant, cozy and with a magnificent view that crowns everything (especially the very pleasant terrace!) We were able to receive the house exceptionally earlier which made us feel very comfortable. Check-in with a lockbox is also a big comfort. We are more than happy and recommend Joséphine's place! See you soon if we come back to the area.

We had a great stay at Maud's. Everything was perfect, a little extra for the moment of disconnection above Annecy, with a superb view!

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need to have a beautiful stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!
