Lovely neighbourhood and apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the local market with fresh produce next door, and that the apartment was within walking distance to the lake. Gregory was very attentive and hospitable. I received a call before our check-in to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, endroit calme. Les explications d’accès ont été très claires. L’appartement est chaleureux, fonctionnel et très agréable. Teo est tres réactif dans ses réponses à mes questions. Je recommande sans hesitation.

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Erics superschöner Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man benötigt und viele außergewöhnliche Details. Ländliches, ruhiges Quartier, schöne Spaziergänge warten gleich vor der Haustür. Ich freue mich sehr, dass wir auf der Rückreise noch einmal bei Eric übernachten werden.

T2 chaleureux et fonctionnel, on avait l’impression d’être seul. Les hôtes ont été super accueillant et très arrangeant, d’ailleurs un grand merci pour le chargeur de téléphone. Je recommande vivement et on sera ravi de réserver à nouveau si on revient sur Annecy.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée : l’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Le vrai coup de cœur reste la vue magnifique sur le lac d’Annecy, que l’on peut admirer depuis le logement. L’endroit est très calme, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de balades ou d’activités autour du lac. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse de l’hôte, qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Un hébergement de grande qualité dans un environnement exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons ce logement sans hésitation !

We had a lovely stay at Sandrines place. The apartment was beautifully presented and very well equipped. We loved having all we needed in the kitchen. It really was a home from home. The instructions for access were very well presented (particularly useful after a long drive). We really enjoyed our time and are already planning next year! The location was brilliant, the lake 5 mins walk, 20 min walk to the old town. Carrefour only 100m away too! For those that cycle, cycle path outside the apartment which leads to the cycle path all the way round the lake - I was in cycling heaven! Thank you for a beautiful holiday!

Le séjour était très agréable, nous avons passé un bon moment. Ludovic est très accueillant et très sympathique. Le logement est lumineux calme , spacieux et très bien situé. Nous avons également pu profiter du parcours sportif juste à côté de la résidence. Logement très lumineux calme et spacieux. Je recommande !

The location of Lucie's apartment is perfect for exploring the city and lake, and proximity to all the restaurants. Plus parking in the building in the center of Old Town. Lucie was a very responsive, flexible and communicative host, and met us to orient us to the apartment. Very clean apartment and aligned with the photos on line. We'd definitely stay again.

This is the BEST airbnb I have ever stayed in!! If you have the opportunity to stay at Mickaelle’s place you have to book. The space was pristine clean. The airbnb is very spacious compared to others for the same price. Mickaelle was the loveliest host, she provided us with very useful recommendations and was super quick to response when we had a question. An absolute 5 star!!

Excellent séjour passé dans ce logement situé plein centre d’Annecy ! Facile d’accès, les instructions étaient claires et l’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec goût, vous allez vous y sentir comme chez vous ! François a été un hôte de grande qualité du début à la fin, il s’est montré très réactif et communicatif, également flexible sur l’horaire d’arrivée et de départ. Nous avons d’ailleurs pu tester quelques-unes de ses recommandations, tout bonnement excellent ! En bref, vous ne serez pas déçu de François et de son logement ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésitez ! Séjour parfait ! Isabelle est une hôte sympathique, attentionnée et très réactive. Le logement est très bien équipé, parfaitement conforme à la description. La literie est confortable. La salle de bain est très récente. L’environnement m’a beaucoup plu. Les chevaux sont magnifiques et les installations au top. J’ai choisi ce logement surtout pour sa localisation et au final, c’était pour moi un vrai bonheur d’être immergée dans le monde équestre ! A noter aussi une jolie attention concoctée par le mari d’Isabelle qui fait toujours plaisir ! Bref, je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés ! Merci Isabelle pour votre accueil chaleureux !

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Maud. Tout était parfait, petit plus pour le moment de déconnexion au dessus d’Annecy, avec une superbe vue !

Très bel emplacement. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir de la neige et avons profité du magnifique paysage. la literie est confortable et le secteur calme .

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt – dieses Airbnb hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur makellos sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch extrem gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauna und der Jacuzzi – beides absolute Highlights, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter und luxuriöser gemacht haben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Lage war ideal – sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

Une belle expérience, un hôtel réactif et arrangeant, un logement confortable et paisible... tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un beau séjour dans ce coin de France magnifique. La localisation du logement était idéal pour se rendre au lieu de départ du trail d'Annecy. Je recommande grandement ce logement !
