Sensational stay, highly recommended. A short stroll to the popular places and train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. Plenty of room for a group as well, not falling over each other. Recommend A+

It was a good trip, with good access to sightseeing near the station.Also, the facility was clean and we could play games and enjoy ourselves.

We had a great stay here. Close to the metro getting you across Osaka quickly. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep after long days out.

I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. My wife was very happy with the location, where there are so much to shop especially if you are looking for local products. The washing machine is fantastic, comes with a drying function which is most helpful. The 2 separate rooms with doors provide privacy as well. The living room is also a great place to gather for bonding. I like the cozy small place at the back where I can quietly do some work on my own. Everything is well thought of and even umbrellas are available to use. Well done. I am impressed. 😊

The Host was always attentive to all our inquiries. The accommodation is as it appears in the photos and in fact is much larger than it seems. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with shops and supermarkets less than 100 meters away and typical and inexpensive restaurants nearby. It is 150 meters from the subway station which greatly facilitates your stay. An excellent option and recommended in Osaka.

The inn keepers were so helpful. Knowledgeable and quick to react. I don't think we had a message. Go unanswered for more than five minutes.!!!Amazing service better than you could reasonably. We stayed for 4 nights and it felt like home! Everything was so clean and the location of the building is so fascinating. There are restaurants that are open until late at night and also the building is really close to the subway station.

It is a very beautiful location close to the sea.The facility is tidy, fully equipped with billiards, table tennis, and a projector. It was very friendly to respond as soon as I asked if I had any questions. Thank you!

If the person staying is 3-4 people, this cozy house is very cost-effective and easy to get out of the door, even if you can walk to Umeda business district, I recommend it to my suitable friends.

We were the first guests here and loved our stay! The house is equipped with everything you need to stay there all day if you’d like, but it’s also in close proximity to great restaurants and a train station. A safe and quiet pocket of the neighbourhood. We’ve been staying in very small studio hotels most of the trip so it was a real luxury to have an entire house to ourselves. Beds were super comfy (not super firm like in a lot of places) and Micky was so lovely and accommodating- she was really proactive in making sure we had a great time. Would absolutely stay here again and for longer. Thanks Micky for everything! 🥹

The place is spacious and clean and had everything our family of five needed for a great stay! It's located near public transport, great off the beaten path restaurants, a 24hr convenience store and Toji Temple. Our hosts were helpful and communicative and definitely take them up on their excellent food recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect, very close to the main stream in Kyoto, easy to visit the old town by either walking or riding bicycle. The house is pretty clean and a great place to be immersed in the Japanese native housing back in old days. All facilities are very modern and easy to use. I really enjoyed staying in the house.

Great hidden gem spacious for a few travellers looking for a calm and quiet resting place after a long day. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Host was also very proactive and timely in providing clear instructions and recommendations.

This was perfect for our few days in Kyoto. Checkin across the street from Kyoto Station was smooth and the free shuttle from the checkin desk to the building was very handy with our luggage. The room is centrally located in Kyoto with easy subway access, although we ended up walking to a lot of places. The building was clean and felt secure, and also conveniently had laundry machines on the first floor.

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

The place is very spacious. We are four adults and the room is super comfortable for us. The location is within the walkable distance from Kyoto JR station. There is a bus station right next to it to go everywhere in Kyoto. I recommend staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI
