Staying at Japaku was a nice break for a busy vacation in Japan. The host family was very kind and helpful. They met us at the train station and walked us the 4 minutes to the residence. The home itself was sufficient for us, 8 children and 3 adults. A nice quiet neighborhood and good to have the down time between other trips. Definitely a good spot and conveniently located close to the train station to visit cool local sites.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location, for 3 weeks or more each time, and it has been perfect for us. The grocery store and restaurants are less than a 5 min walk. The house is clean and well stocked and exactly as described. The bicycles make it the perfect place to stay. We biked all over Kyoto and had a great time doing it. My wife and I come to Kyoto to see my granddaughter, son and daughter in law. This location is just a short bike ride to their house and allowes us to see the granddaughter every day while giving them some space and exploring Kyoto on our own a little too. I highly recommend this location, you wont be disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very accommodating and ideal for a family trip. It's in a nice, quiet area, even though it’s near a train — the sound is barely noticeable, and it makes getting around really convenient. One of the highlights was how close the local shrine was — it added a peaceful and cultural touch to the stay. There's also a 7/11 nearby that's open 24/7, which was super handy. The hosts were very communicative and generous throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

If you're not comfortable, you can check out the reviews there. You can also book there. You can also book there, but because the relationship with the reviews is cheaper, it's all in the same building. The photos are exactly the same, thank you for your attention. It took us two years to find this quiet building with an elevator, and then another year of good faith negotiations with the landlord to convince him to buy this building, which is really a Japanese building, and you can directly experience 100% of the daily life of the Japanese people! We thoughtfully decorated more than a dozen rooms in this building into different unique styles. The themes of each room were handmade and painted by us. On average, we can open a new room for an average of more than a month. We're also thrilled that Airbnb's three accounts have received more than 300 five-star Superhost reviews, and because we choose our bedding with great care, many of our customers say our beds are great to sleep in! And we also attach great importance to cleaning, we all know that cleaning and cleaning outsourcing is the cheapest, but will not feel the care and temperature, so our room is completely with their own maximum care to clean.

Really beautiful accommodation in Kyoto. Walking distance to a lot of stuff. In a more quiet area of town, but it felt very authentic. The hosts were very lovely and willing to help. I would stay in this area again in the future!
