Small but comfortable apartment in convenient location- right next to train station & couple blocks to the tram. Quiet spot around corner from Sydney Rd with lots of shops and restaurants. Only one burner works on stove, so perhaps better to go out to one of 1000 nearby restaurants.

Kerry’s amazing accommodation is how the name describes….Grand! The moment we met Kerry and was welcomed into her beautiful apartment it was decorated with such style it felt like you were walking into a movie set 💜 Everywhere you looked Kerry’s flair and attention detail was evident….but the layout was also practical and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and loved our two night stay. The restaurants and Art gallery were almost at your doorstep. Thank you Kerry for letting us experience your stunning apartment. We will definitely sing your praise to anyone who is heading to Bendigo 🥰🌷🌷🌷

Patricia's place was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Little gestures like having milk in the fridge, bread, cereal, fruit - all very much appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Steves place was beautiful. I stayed here over my wedding weekend with my bridal party, and it was the perfect setting. The house and gardens were beautiful in autumn, and the space was warm and cosy. Steve was a great host and kindly offered early check-in. There was an issue with the plumbing/dishwasher, but aside from that, it was an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back for our anniversary.

Was a fantastic stay and one we wish was longer.. so peaceful and serene views. The hospitality was fantastic and so generous in supplies for hot drinks and breakfast. Split systems in each room kept us all cozy and the views were beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Jack's Place! The attention to detail in maintaining the original 60s aesthetic was fantastic -- it was like stepping into a time capsule! Everything was clean and comfortable, and Michael and Cate were very thoughtful and responsive in their communications. The electric blankets on the beds were a godsend for the winter nights! I would highly recommend this place as a base for exploring Ballarat.

Christine and Mark were friendly, very responsive and informative, and made the booking arrangements very easy. The moment we arrived at their beautiful Bellflower Cottage, we knew we had made the right choice. Such a warm inviting home, with everything you needed and things you didn't even know you needed, but will now be looking for in future properties! Luxurious bedding, beautiful furnishings, books, games, amazing breakfast provisions, great information booklet, we went to two of the recommended restaurants, which were amazing!. A beautiful kitchen with very tasetful crockery, cutlery etc. Wonderful bathroom provisions and great laundry. Lovely areas to relax in, both inside and outside of the home. Such a peaceful area, lots of bird life and one very cheeky possum, to sit and watch in the backyard or from the dining area. Would love to stay again, when back in the area. A friend and I stayed at Yvonne & Darren’s for a relaxed weekend away from our families, and it was the perfect, cosy cool weather escape. Yvonne’s* countless thoughtful touches made us both feel very welcome and special, it was a bit like a treasure hunt as they revealed themselves one after another. Comfy beds, a hot shower, a game of Scrabble and warm drinks, it was a very easy house to just hang out in and enjoy. Not mentioned in the brochure is the beautiful pooch next door, he is magnificent and so friendly 😍 Thanks for a wonderful stay at lovely Leila! *I went out on a limb and assumed not Darren’s work ;) but if I’m wrong I stand corrected!

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating to our needs and really made our stay extremely pleasant! The place is huge even for a family of 8, not to mention the spectacular view from level 59! Definitely value for money and highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay in the CBD area.

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week. Thanks Peter, totally recommend
