Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kyneton

A beautiful autumn long weekend at Andrew’s farm. Our toddler loved riding his bike along the dirt roads through the paddocks to visit the baby lambs. The house was very cosy with great light and a warm fire.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maree’s place! It was a cute and cozy house—perfect for a peaceful bush getaway. The property was very quiet, and we loved the surprise of seeing kangaroos roaming around each day. It’s only about 20 minutes from Bendigo CBD, which made for an easy day trip. The house had everything we needed in terms of utilities, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Thanks, Maree!

An amazing place to stay, with great amenities and lots of history. Very well furnished and very spacious. There is nothing you need when staying here, from the charges to the inbuilt sound systems, you are completely covered.

Steves place was beautiful. I stayed here over my wedding weekend with my bridal party, and it was the perfect setting. The house and gardens were beautiful in autumn, and the space was warm and cosy. Steve was a great host and kindly offered early check-in. There was an issue with the plumbing/dishwasher, but aside from that, it was an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back for our anniversary.

The house was clean, tidy, had good amenities and was in a great ocation. Deborah was friendly, responsive and gave some good local recommendations.

We loved staying here for our mums weekend away. The views are amazing, the house was cozy and close to all the local attractions. We loved sitting by the fire in the afternoons watching the incredible sunsets. The house was perfect for what we needed, the kitchen was set up so well and had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jackie's beautiful south cottage and would hastily return given the opportunity- the cottage was ambient, beautifully presented and had excellent amenities. The surrounding bushland was so peaceful and we loved utilising the outdoor spaces for an afternoon coffee. Thankyou for your hospitality and we hope to see you again in future :)

Fantastic place to get away and enjoy some time out in the winter sun or by the fire. The house had everything you need for a relaxing time away, making your stay as comfortable and effortless as possible. Salvatore and Bronwyn catered for everything, the only ones who enjoyed it more than us were the 2 dogs who were also catered for at this property.

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

I loved Renee and Izy’s place. Perfect location (short walk onto the Main Street, and up to the Convent). The heating was great, the bed was comfy. Thanks so much.

Great space. Fantastic location walkable to all the shops. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Warm and comfortable on a cold, wet winter’s weekend. Video instructions sent via email on how to enter the property made it easy. Highly recommend this listing.

Great location and friendly staff, would come back here again

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A sweet and comfortable cottage with lovely views. We appreciated the breakfast offerings and the delicious chocolate brownie, yum! A great place to explore the region from, or to simply come and relax in. Thank you Cally and Steve

Hepburn springs and surrounding area are generally expensive but this accommodation was very reasonably priced.Unfortunately most of Hepburn Springs is either up for sale or closed down but Daylesford is only 5 minutes away by car and theres plenty to see or do there.

My wife and I walked into this beautiful, spacious apartment and both went “wow!”. Spotlessly clean and tidy, beautifully renovated and decorated and so comfortable and cosy. We stayed for the weekend of the Ballarat Marathon for which it was in a perfect location to walk to the start line with ease. A beautiful cafe 100m away was perfect for us as was an easy walk to the shopping precinct. This place is perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend it or book it again.

Can't express enough my gratitude how amazing it was to stay in Baleno and It was just what we needed! Can't thank enough Dayget for there hospitality and just being there when need! Don't want to ramble on too much but just can't say enough good things about this place. It was worth driving over from South Australia for my 25th with my partner! Can't wait to come back again!

What a lovely find this place was. Spotlessly clean, great beds and showers away from the Daylesford crowds. Nicely equipped and private, enjoyed the view from the balcony immensely.

LUXVUE was one of the most affordable and luxurious Daylesford experiences my partner and I have ever had. Situated on peaceful Lake Daylesford, it was such a beautiful getaway from life in the city. Could not recommend this location enough, and appreciated the friendly and responsive communication from Ben and Cassey!

Absolutely loved our spa weekend stay, so many thoughtful touches, from the quality bed linen and towels, gorgeous toiletries, great record collection, book of well thought out information about the area, places to eat, visit etc. there was even bird food for the native birds which you could hear and see from the well set up outdoor area. It truly felt like you were at home, they really have thought of everything to help their guests enjoy their stay, we will definitely return 😊 too many personal touches to mention but we fully recommend this lovely home.

Spent 2 nights La Boheme. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is in the middle of nature with plenty of wildlife. The highlight was definitely the regular kangaroos bouncy past the house. The location is perfect with plenty to do and plenty to see.

House was clean and tidy, had a really nice warmth as soon as you walked in the front door. Amber was super easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early upon request which was awesome, and we appreciated a lot! Spa was great to be in on a cold night with a full view of the stars in the sky. Our favourite part of the whole house had to be the couch in the living area, it was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Really had a fantastic time, would come back again definitely.

Our stay at the Vicarage was absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived—lights on, music playing—we felt instantly relaxed. The home is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and charm and Dean is an incredibly thoughtful host. The fires were set, the hot tub was ready, and a generous selection of provisions welcomed us. There were no tedious rules, just an open invitation to unwind and enjoy. The gardens were gorgeous too with plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a book or a cuppa, and Sammy the cat made us feel right at home. Every detail was focused on comfort and ease. We (reluctantly!) left feeling refreshed and are already dreaming of coming back. Thanks Dean for an unforgettable stay, you have truly perfected the art of hosting.
