Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. The house has 2 floors, a practical kitchen and nice bathroom. 3 bedrooms, sleeping 4-6 people. The living room is furnished with dining table, sofa, and from the living room you have access to a large porch with sun all day. The house is 600m from busy road, so it is very quiet. Experienced as very idyllic. A perfect place if you want a relaxing holiday.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

In addition to a larger sandy beach seen from the residence, swamps with a sandy bottom. In case of long term rent in low season, electricity fee is added monthly: SEK 5,000,-, weekly: SEK 1,250,-.
