Apartment holiday rentals in Kutaisi

I only got to spend a night at Shorena’s place (for my early flight), but I wish I had more time. The apartment is lovely, pristine clean and very well equipped. At first I struggled to find the building because taxi dropped me off a bit further, but Shorena was very fast to reply and helped me find the right house. If you’re not used to old buildings you might be surprised at first, but once you open the apartment door, you will have a comfortable stay.

Smooth communication, helpful and flexible! Very nice to be able to stay here for a night, right in the center!

The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. The owner responds quickly, which is a big plus. Overall, I recommend considering these apartments. There’s also quite a beautiful view from the balcony, especially at night when everything is lit up.

A cozy apartment in a new building, you can walk to the center, there is a place to leave the car. Communication with the host was pleasant and she was quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay again.

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

Excellent spacious apartment in the center, at the same time it was quiet and comfortable. Everything is very clean. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again when I return!

Zura and his mom are very nice, they even let me store my bike in their home. The apartment is right in the center and very very spacious.

I stayed in the apartment for only 1 night, but everything was excellent. Clean towels, apartment and bathroom. It's just great, nothing to add.

We spent a few nights there with our 2 kids, and the apartment was great, just what we needed! we had enough space for us 4, big closets, a small yard... The only negative point is that it's not possible to cook properly anything with the cooking plate, even if there are 2, it does warm the food enough and fast enough, and the kitchen equipment is not enough... but we did not come here to cook and there are plenty of good restaurants, shops and markets around the apartment, as the localisation is really in the center! we will come back 😊

Spacious and colourful apartment, generously equipped, ideally located and quiet: we enjoyed restful, regenerative nights - which are so important while travelling! Lela is the perfect host: friendly, proactive, helpful and fast with her answers. Thank you, Lela!

The apartment is very spacious and matches the photo (see the photo of the one in pink and beige shades. Blue next door). The apartment had everything you need. The house is very close to the center, perfect location. The view of a very pleasant patio. The only disadvantage is the soundproofing. You can hear the neighbors what is happening on the floor and on the street. But despite this, we were lucky - they did not shout or make noise, the noise really placed only in the morning when we were still asleep.

Its an amazing place to stay & the home was so clean and hygiene ..we found lots of grocery stores nearby where we use to pickup lot of stuff when needed..Natia is an amazing lady, so humble and very helpful in all the aspects..i would recommend everyone to blindly select this place to enjoy your vacation at Kutaisi

We had a lovely stay at Ani's place. Apartment was really clean and it had everything you need for your stay. Place had many little shops around and was 10min walk from the city centre. The host was really welcoming and gave us tips where to eat and what to see. I can definitely recommend Ani's place! :)

This apartment is very well located, being both quiet but very central for the town. It is very spacious, enhanced by the tall ceilings. Quality furnishings all round, comfortable and quiet. Only annoyance was a difficult front gate for car users, but overall an excellent stay.
