Guest house holiday rentals in Kutaisi

Our stay was great, the location is just perfect, in walking distace the down towen, whole place is clean and nice, the family is friendly, helpful and welcoming.The only problem is that nobody has spoken english ( Lari's daughet was responding to the airbnb messages and she was not there during our stay ). But this is the problem in the whole city ( really few english speaking people). I really recommend to learn some basic Russian before travelling there. Nevertheless some languge barrier we felt good at Lari's place, she provides maps and leaflets about the area and does her best to make you feel like at home. Highly recommended:)

Spacious room in a family house, ambient temperature with heating and AC available, small kitchen also available. Even though I felt completely safe it should be mentioned that the room was not lockable. Everything perfectly clean, very welcoming host, location very convenient if you arrive by train, city centre about 1 km, supermarket directly across the road.

The first thing to remember is of course the hospitality of the hosts. Easy to meet guests, in any situation we are ready to help and offer all the best. The rooms are clean and cozy. Very convenient location. The area is quite quiet and peaceful, and a 10-minute walk in a straight line is already the center.

Archili's place is a nice guesthouse that is part of big older house. The rooms are big. The shared bathrooms are also big with good hot water. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room with other guests. The khachapuri and lobiani served are delicious. There is always tea and coffee making facilities and a small kitchen stove if needed. The house is a 15min walk about 1.2kms from Kutaisi old town. It is also close to the Kutaisi I train station. The marshrutka station and Kutaisi II station is about 4km away. For about €50 Archili can organise a full day trip tour.

Great hospitality. For this small price, the host even offered us breakfast. Everything was clean, the shared rooms enough spacious​. The two bathrooms available for all guests to be shared are totally enough. Kitchen was comfortable for cooking. We liked the place and think that it is even too cheap.

Mrs. Nino's house is stylish, you'll feel like a castle. Clean, spacious, stylishly furnished. But the biggest treasure is inside, and that's Mrs. Nino. A very empathetic, kind person, and when you have the opportunity to communicate with her, which I had, we discussed different aspects of life in Georgia. Mrs. Nino was also helpful to address all the things I needed to know about Kutaisi and the surrounding area, as well as my departure. Nino was the best host I've met on my way to Georgia. Thank you so much Nina and I recommend everyone to stay with her.

We rented a room in a large house from a very hospitable hostess — and we were completely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: cleanliness is perfect, order everywhere, there is a feeling of care for every small convenience. The house is beautiful, cozy, well-maintained, everything is equipped with love. I especially want to note the food — it was incredibly delicious, like at home or even better! You can see that the host puts her heart into everything she does. The atmosphere in the house is very pleasant and accommodating. The place was very convenient — easy to get to, quiet, peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Cannot recommend highly enough! We left with the feeling that we were visiting a good friend. Thank you so much!

After a friendly phone call, we are about to get to the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and both innkeepers also spoke good English. The room looked really good and also had its own bathroom with good amenities. We felt right at home and slept well. The two innkeepers were always helpful and very friendly! We would come back:)

Nino s house is located in a very quiet district of Koutaisi on the heights of thé city less than 10 minutes from the centre. The house is very nice and the bedroom spacious. On top of that Nino is an outstanding hostess making your stay an unforgetable moment. One if thé best Rb& b we ever had that we strongly recommend.

Good place, nice host

Very hospitable family, it was really great to get acquainted with them! Very nice and clean room, it looks exactly the same as on photo! The area is quiet, there were no issues while sleeping with open windows. At the same time it is quite close to the center. There are mini market and bakeries just 50 meters away where you can buy some food.

Small, family-run hotel, well located, close to train station and center, close to public transport, shops, banks. Clean, tidy, rooms with bathrooms, kitchen with gas hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle. Rooms and bathrooms are freshly renovated. The host offers tours of the area by their own car. Owner and staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was very clean in the room. We were well greeted, helped to find a good car service. The kitchen is large light and spacious. There is everything you need for a holiday.
