Villa holiday rentals in Kuşadası

we stayed in the house for 4 people and we were very comfortable, having air conditioning in the house was a huge plus, and the host's father, Uncle Recep, was very interested in us, we can say that we felt exactly like we were in our own home. If we were to come again, we will choose this place without thinking.

Easy to reach, close to the Kusadasi center, walking distance to the beach (2 min max) with private grass area, which is the crucial part. House itself is perfect with everything you need. hope to stay again soon..

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

We had a great stay at Mevlüt's place. He was a wonderful host and very helpful. His place is located at 5 minutes walk from the port and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Getting there involved navigating little bit of Turkish streets in a downtown environment which is to be expected considering prime location.

We had a perfect holiday with 3 nights and 4 days, 8 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs. Only the power outage in the area on the last day caused us a loss for almost half a day, but they made up for it by offering a late checkout alternative. Despite a situation they couldn't help, they came up with a solution.

The house is 10 minutes away from the center by taxi. Extremely clean and spacious. Household items such as iron, hair dryer are also available. We had a beautiful and comfortable stay experience

Great villa and highly recommended, Close to the center of Kusadasi, amazing view, helpful staff and host. The only disadvantages for me the privacy of the pool not fully detected and the villa was little expendable but clean and modern design.

We had an amazing week at Ada Blue Holiday Vila . The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The property was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. The holiday we spent at Mr. Ayub's villa was very enjoyable and we made wonderful memories. Thanks to Mr. Ayub for his hospitality! The villa's furnishings were quite complete, and we were particularly surprised by the surprises such as the guitar and baglama. It was a great comfort in the heat to have air conditioning in every room and hall. The pool was spotless and the facilities were magnificent. The proximity to the city center and markets was also very practical. However, there were a few minor issues. Some rooms had faulty toilet faucets and bathrooms. The water flow of the poolside shower was weak, it was difficult to use. Google Maps showed a long route, whereas there was a shorter one. Also, it would be great if there was a guidebook for the villa.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very responsive to messages, very helpful and friendly. There was a small shop for essentials close by and a bus route also which was very handy. The area the property was located in is nice and quiet also.

We had a pleasant time with my family in the comfort of home. It had a calm environment, intertwined with nature, as we wanted. The villas around us were empty. Mr. Cafer and Ms. Necla immediately helped us with our requests. We tried to provide a good service. The house was clean and as described. Even personal needs were considered. The internet was uninterrupted. It was a place where we could consider staying again. Thank you.

We stayed with six friends and it was a very nice experience for us. It was a farmhouse with basic materials for the house, surrounded by pine, olive and palm trees, with a beautiful pool, many vintage elements, and much larger than it appears in the photos. Mr. Seha was very good at communication. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we had to take our garbage to the container about 1 km away with our vehicles because there was no garbage container/box on the farm.

It’s conveniently located just 3-4 km from Kusadasi’s most popular beaches and the city center, with grocery stores just around the corner, which made everything super convenient. The villa also features a great pool and a small patio, which were perfect for enjoying the warm weather and unwinding in the evenings. Check-in was a breeze with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Our host, Yasin, was amazing — very friendly and always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. His hospitality really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient place to stay in Kusadasi!

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. Finally, it's a quiet place away from the noise. Thank you so much for following the host. See you on another vacation. By the way, I'm glad I'm a member of this system.

it was perfect stay! Villa is located in peaceful and tranquility surroundings, within walkable distance to city centre and Lady beach. Well equipped villa with four separate bedrooms and private fenced pool. Claudia was very helpful, easy and nice to talk to. Highly recommend! definitely want to return :)
