Hi! I have a three-story townhouse in which I rent out the ground floor which is 46 sqm large. It has its own toilet/shower, laundry room, private patio and its own parking space. We will only share a shared entrance to the residence. The kitchen is simple with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and two stovetops for easier food preparation. The property is centrally located in Kungälv, with the bus stop in close proximity Alaá is 41 years old and I live with my two teenage girls every two weeks🙂

Fem minuters promenad till Kungälv resecentrum varifrån du via buss når Göteborg C på ca 20 minuter och tex Marstrand på ca 30 minuter. Välsorterad matbutik ca 200 m från huset och inom ca fem minuters gångavstånd finns köpcentrat Kongahälla och Utesimbadet. Ca två km bort ligger Bohus fästning. Handdukar och lakan ingår. TV:n saknar kanaler men chromecast finns.
